   Of course. Many politicians, billionaires, officers of the law, claim that they're fixing the system. Here, in Gotham, everyone is corrupt. The Mayor, several officers, Wayne. Now, if Batman were able to see that, it'd be splendid. Though my expertise in chemicals is an asset.
