Punk World (Interest Check/Worldbuilding)

The world has evolved differently. Science has grown at an accelerated rate, but culture had halted eventually at various areas.

The Middle East, All countries in Africa, India, Turkey and Israel are part of the God's Empire, which is Sandal Punk

Italy, Spain, Vatican States, and France are part of the Holy Vatican Empire and are Clock Punk

All European countries, except those stated below and above, are part of the English Empire, which is Steampunk

Canada is independent and post-Cyberpunk

Malta, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Greenland, Iceland, the Netherlands and Finland are all part of the Nordic Empire, a liberal Solar Punk utopia

What is now Russia is still called Russia, and is Cyberpunk

All of Asia is part of the Chinese Empire, and is Cyberpunk

Australia realized that the high-tech, utopian cities and the horrifying death wildlife just outside the walls go together to make a Solar Punk-leaning Bio Punk

The USA is Diesel Punk-Atom Punk in the North, and Steampunk Cattle Punk in the south, and in the middle of a Civil War

All of South and Central America is Cyberpunk and part of the Mayan Empire (that is just a name. Their politics, culture, and regligion are more Brazilian)

As you can see, extremely unfinished. Let's get on a roll.

Solarpunk? So it's always hot, everything is solar powered, and everybody goes green?

Also, what's the difference between Russia's Cyberpunk and the Asias' Cyberpunk?

So what prevents the more advanced cultures from rolling over the less? Some sort of barriers? Or does the more advanced tech not function in the Clock and Sandal areas? Do they have magic to compensate?

May I suggest some island or other that's a free zone where everything goes and the main action takes place?

There is a moderately thin line between the tech levels. It's less of the level of tech, more of the means to achieve it. They have the same tools, just in different ways.

That means, yes, the Holy Empire in the Middle East has guns made out of steel and diamonds that shoot scorpion venom.

And the Vatican Empire has machine guns made by strapping multiple barrels together.
