Every Kamen Rider is brainwashed into serving a Suspiciously Similar Substitute of Brainiac, and a group made up of their enemies is hastily formed to deal with them. Unlike Suicide Squad, though, the Riders are able to be freed without being killed.

Liko and Roy are transported to the Forgotten Land where their Pokemon fall under control of Fecto and have to team up with Kirby and bond with non-brainwashed beast pack members to get through the harsh place. Also Amethio and the other Explorer admins reach the place but are also brainwashed.

Cosmo and Wanda become Clarence's fairy godparents, and have lots of magical misadventures with him. Jeff and Sumo get involved in some of these, but are unaware of Cosmo and Wanda for obvious reasons. The story is later revealed to be a Stealth Sequel to the original series, as a grown-up Timmy Turner makes an appearance at one point.

DIO gets reincarnated in the World of Komi to start over and as he grows up his evil returns despite not remembering his past life. Eventually he meets Komi and as they bond she gets gradually corrupted by DIO's evil and her insecurities resulting in another world getting terrorized for centuries over and over by DIO and his bloodline when both grow up into Stand-using assholes.

A greedy Wario conquers a Fairy Tale Free-for-All world, establishing himself as more vile than any of the other villains. Cinderella, the Baker, Jack, Little Red Riding Hood, and a mushroom person, have to team up in order to defeat him- through the unconventional tactic of dropping a giant from the beanstalk on top of him.
On his way to fight General Mendoza, Rodriguez gets into a fight with a big shark. It doesn't go well for the latter.
