Poor Image: Guns Akimbo

Okay, after reading Guns Akimbo, the current pic doesn't completely fit, or at least doesn't get the trope completely across. Guns Akimbo is more about simultaneously shooting your guns, either at the same target or different targets; the current is really just Dual Wielding. With that in mind, I've got some suggestions:

• From 40K: Space Marine◊, Imperial Guardsman◊
• From Equilibrium: 1◊, 2◊, 3◊

The third point is using one gun until it runs out, then using the other. And how can you dual wield guns without following at least one point of the trope?

Worth noting that Dual Wielding refers to Guns Akimbo as the firearm variant.

^^^ Equilibrium 1 > Equilibrium 2. The Space Marine gives a 404 error. Don't know if it makes a difference, but the Imperial Guard's weapons are hooked up together. I think it would make for a stronger illustration if the pistols/guns were clearly physically seperate.

If there's a 404, first thing check if the url is very long. If it is, it likely contains a "- ", inserted by the wiki parser. Just remove it and see if it works.

That's pretty good, too. Here's◊ the same Space Marine pic, just as a demotivator.

Equilibrium 1 gets my vote, though the Underworld one looks good too.

That seems vertically squished, and it's about on par with the current...definitely prefer the ones with people shooting.

You know, I just noticed something about that pic...those muzzle flashes look like CGI, especially at wiki size.

No idea on a caption, though.

For the caption, I don't know why but when I look at the current picture, I can't help but think:

"Bang! Bang! Into the room!"

'Redefining "no-look shot".', perhaps?

23 is ok as a caption, 22 is just confusing to anyone who isn't familiar with that artist.

I prefer no caption, but whichever works.
