Well, this seems to be a no-brainer. Twincest is a trope page, so it is of higher pririority over a YMMV work subpage. I don't know the work in question, but reading the trope entry, it seems to be overtly present in the text, not just a sub-text, which I believe is a requirement for Ho Yay. The only (minor) problem is that they look identical and the image makes me think of Screw Yourself. But I think it is a very good illustration.

I cannot view one of the pics. The other one seems like nothing special to me and honestly, I don't see the Ho Yay there, but then again, these subpages don't need to have as high standards as trope pages. Anything that is clear to the work's fans is ok, I guess.

Which one can't you see? I admit the first one is very weak on the Ho Yay, but I don't really wan't to dig through Yaoi fanarts to find a suitable pic, so...

None of the Ouran pics work. Mori and Honey aren't Ho Yay, they're Homoerotic Subtext. They're not as blatant as the twins, but it's certainly not accidental. Which is misuse.
I feel like we might need to go over that page with a chainsaw.
