I'm watching his Mars Needs Moms review and I'm disappointed he didn't include Monster House as good motion capture movies. Though Tintin was a achievement that needs to be talked about more.
I don't know, Mars Needs Moms was something I kinda wanted to watch but never could find the time to do see it in the theater. And even though the general consensus seems to be "You're not missing anything.", a part of me feels that maybe it isn't as bad as everyone says it is.
E-Rod didn't include Monster House? Huh. I hope this isn't a sign that he'll bust it in the future. Anyone who's seen my comments on his Robots review back in the That Guy With The Glasses thread will probably tell that I have a soft spot for stuff I've seen in the past that I thought was enjoyable.

Big fan of William Joyce's Robots. Was dissappointed the redone version of Tom Waits's Underground wasn't in the soundtrack but whatev's. So I understand what you mean.
So since I'm probably not gonna watch the Mars Needs Moms review anytime soon, does anyone know what the next review will be on?
It's up on Blip, probably tomorrow on TGWTG.
Just a person. He/him.I just saw his Firefly review. He's right that each of the 9 characters is important. That's really bad if the original trailers said the show had a space hooker.
Next week: The 11th Doctor.
Did Eric ever specify when he was doing his honest reviews of the Marvel movies from 2013 to 2014?
Starting January, I believe.
Just a person. He/him.Next week's Honest Review: Veronica Mars: the show and the movie.

Next week: The Countdown to the Age of Ultron begins with the Marvel Animated Movies!
Marvel Animated Movies Honest Review
The Top 10 Mortifying Marvel Movies
EDIT: good news for impatient true believers! E-Rod posts these reviews on Blip earlier than on Channel Awesome.
Honest Review: X-Men: Days of Future Past
Next week (on Blip): Guardians of the Galaxy

Does he ever incorporate storylines into his reviews?
Yeah, like Linkara does.
Just a person. He/him.The heck with it, I'm just posting the rest of his Marvel reviews now:
Captain America: The Winter Soldier
And here's the grand finale:
The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, part 1
Take it from a guy who's seen the entirety of season 1 and the first few of season 2, Avengers Assemble is not as bad as E-Rod makes it sound. It's watchable.
E-Rod returns in March, where his arrogance and/or pride (probably from not doing enough screw-up videos) may have just become his undoing. As well as the world's.

The Rock does not approve of anyone dissing his acting chops!
Especially some hammer-wielding, hair-geled internet critic who thinks he's the Jesus Christ of fanboys!
And especially if that dissing is for Hercules2014!
http://channelawesome.com/blockbuster-buster-hercules/
The Rock says this know-it-all calling himself "E-Rod" can shine that hammer of his up real nice, turn it sideways, and stick it straight up his candy ass! And if he doesn't do that, The Rock will lay the smackdown on his candy ass!
Joking and The Rock quote-referencing aside, I was kinda hoping to watch this movie at some point. Guess I'll have to skip this review.
Next week's prey: Maleficent

Yeeeeah, I kinda liked this one when I first saw it, so count me out. Again.
Next week's piece of filmmaking feces: Planes: Fire & Rescue.

Wait, wasn't that direct-to-DVD? I thought a blockbuster had to be a theatrical movie with a big budget. It occurs to me that I should research the precise definition of a blockbuster.
Why, you don't watch negative reviews of things you like?
Yeah, it was released theatrically.
Just a person. He/him.The Planes films were harmless. I'm going to just say that the second film is a improvement and I feel bad the film did poorly that the studio had to be shut down for it.
@ Motyka 5:
Yeah, that's pretty much the gist of it.
Aside from some exceptions like Nostalgia Critic and Angry Joe's Man of Steel review, it's kinda hard for me to watch negative reviews over stuff I liked when I was little or even stuff that I've been meaning to watch that I thought I would like but couldn't find the time for it.
Like I mentioned before, it was not easy watching Eric's review of Man of Steel, nor was it easy hearing him dissing "Avengers Assemble" (it's no EMH, but it's harmless). And need I mention the "E-Rod reviewing Robots" incident? I think not.
I know they're just movies and people have their own opinions over certain movies and it's not such a smart move to scream "He Panned It, Now He Sucks!" on the Internet without suffering consequences for it. It's just what it is. And my thing is my thing.

Well, if that's your thing, then that's your thing. But I would encourage you, however, to check out negative reviews of things you like—they enable you to look at your favourites from different perspective, recognize their flaws while still retaining your appreciation for them, and learn more about your tastes. I believe that confronting your taste with other people's preferences allows you to improve your critical skills. It definitely helped me in chlling out about people not liking the same things I do, and in realizing they're not "wrong"—sometimes they have perfectly valid reasons for their dislike, and that's okay.
...I mean, expect for that one guy who claimed that no one cares about Bob Dylan's original version of "Knockin' On Heaven's Door" because they prefer Guns N' Roses' superior cover. No, buddy, you're still dead fucking wrong.
Just a person. He/him.Bob Dylan did that too? I gotta check that out. Love "At the watchtower" more than the Jimmy Hendrix version. It's just so dramatic with the simplified orchestration rather than pomp in circumstance.
He did Top 10 WTF Moments He Missed video, so yeah, I think he could.
