Suggestion: Phoneaholic Teenager

Given that always being on her phone is her defining character trait, I feel like Tambry from Gravity Falls would be a good representation.

Is there a screenshot that has her on the phone ignoring what's going on around her? That would help with giving context; as is, it's not bad but it's hovering near JAFAAC territory.

So-so for me.

Funny, but Gravity Falls can get us a better pic, though the OP is not great. She's a minor character who appears in an episode centered around a haunted convince store. Needless to say, when all this paranormal stuff goes down, she's still on her phone. I'll take a look at the episode later and see what I can pull from it.

No argument about the quality, but it was the first thing that came to mind that has multiple teenagers in a group.

Ask and you shall recieve. I looked at the suggestions and have two new ones from later in the episode. The bottom one is one where I just made a quick edit so that Tambry is actually looking at her phone to possibly better illustrate the trope. Either way, Wendy, Nate, and Lee are all looking at the new Spooky Lighting™ in the store while Tambry seems more or less unfazed.

I can only think of either a joke about cellphone radiation making her glow in the dark or something starting with "Status Update: ______" since that's a thing she says. So far, all I've got is "That's not cellphone radiation, but we can see why you'd think that."
