The original source doesn't say who she or the guy in the prison are, all I can tell you (based on the all caps font, mind you) is they're from DC.

Really? Because I'm pretty sure the guy in prison is Hank Pym. Besides, the Cosmic Cube/Tesseracts are created by Marvel.
eta: Yep, it's Marvel. The woman is Monica Rappaccini from A.I.M. Image source is most likely from Avengers. Not sure which one though.

Huh, I thought Marvel had lower case font in most of their comics, not all caps. Guess some titles changed it up?
