1.3 may be a workable thing, although I am concerned about how it works at wiki size.
1.1 and 1.2 looks more like "fountain of downsizing" - yes I know, Teens Are Short but not particularly likeable.

I personally think the Penny Arcade one suggested in the earlier thread is good. The Kim Possible one (1.3) here is also better than the Oglaf.

I can't see the first two but I agree the Kim Possible one is good. I think the current is trying to show Fountain of Attractiveness.

Also, the Oglaf pic in discussion is actually Not An Example - she actually drank from the "Fountain of Women", a fountain that transforms whomever drink from its water into a woman who looks exactly like that, including men.

Kim Possible pic works. The other suggestions are sort of... uncomfortable to me. The fact the girls wind up showing more skin as they get younger makes me pretty sure those were done by a fetishist.
Kim Possible doesn't have that, plus it has a clear cause (the beam) rather than the girl de-aging.
Side note, I have no issue with the current. But I like going away from literal examples whenever possible to show how varied the trope can be. The "fountain" not being a fountain makes it clear at a glance this isn't, say, a trope about people looking for the Fountain of Youth.

The current image seem to illustrate less "de-aging" and more "transform into a different person altogether", since the new form has a completely different hair and clothes and the person doesn't seem to be originally that old anyway.
