The Anvil's Legacy update and you wouldn't believe what we've got as a new Req.
Borne By StormsHUNTER CANNON AW YEAH
But for real, biggest parts of the map are the Haven remake and finally getting a definite date on PC Forge.
Community update on Anvil's Legacy. Also, Community Action Sack; though I'm sure most of you are familiar with at least some of those custom games already.
World Whosball Champion 1945-1991That Action Sack list looks fun. Small battles but hey mecha/tank fights!
Halo Mythos is out in some stores already, and someone has posted a few pictures already.
This picture in particular makes me want to see a Reach firefight version of Operation: PROMETHEUS/TORPEDO.
World Whosball Champion 1945-1991Spartan down...
Soooooo Frankie low-key announced a Custom Games browser for PC and Xbox, with Josh Holmes confirming.
Megaton.
About time.
World Whosball Champion 1945-1991An audio excerpt from the upcoming Fractures: "The Ballad of Hamish Beamish".

World Whosball Champion 1945-1991Some images from the new Mythos guidebook.
Some stuff not included in the above link: The in-universe framing device, the Primordial, Bornstellar and friends, War sphinx, the Forerunner Capital, and Star Roads. We also have, among other things, images of Maccabeus on Harvest, all of Kilo-Five, and a more detailed image of the "Uneven Elephant".
EDIT: A page-through:

World Whosball Champion 1945-1991Ahhhh man that looks great. Gotta head over to the nearest B&N soon and pick up a copy... finally gonna get some use outta those gift cards, lol.
Ah, that's a war sphinx. I was thinking they looked something like that.
So the thing we saw on Ivanoff Station was just an eye or otherwise part of the remains of a War Sphinx.
Some Mythos lore details, courtesy of the Halo Archive and Space Battles forums (Disclaimer: haven't been able to confirm directly myself):
- The entirety of Blue Team and Fireteam Osiris return to Sanghelios at the end of H5, not just Chief and Locke.
- Covenant vessels (as opposed to the Sangheili vessels seen throughout H5) are becoming increasingly rare in the post-war era.
- Kilo-5 continued to perform Sangheili destabilization black ops missions for months after the events of their trilogy.
- The Servants of Abiding Truth never returned to Sanghelios. Dural 'Mdama works directly under Avu Med 'Telcam and is known as the Pale Blade. Jul was unaware of this, and was unable to secure the loyalty of the Servants.
- Even as the Sangheili Civil War escalated among the colonies, most of the fighting on Sanghelios itself stopped a few months after the war started. Until it was invaded by the New Covenant, presumably.
- Ulgethon (the planet where the Elites and Prophets first met) was "reduced to rubble" after one year of combat between the Sangheili and San'Shyuum.
- "The Swords of Sanghelios was formed much later after the human covenant war. It was Thel's family and the nearby keeps named him leader of the Sangheili (he was reluctant) and he gained a lot of support for defeating the San'Shyuum. His enemies on Sanghelios either hated him because they wanted to wipe out humanity or because they wanted land and power. Much of the war was over land and power."
- "Jul 'Mdama's Covenant was formed around the promise of finding the Didact and him assisting them in wiping out humanity. When 'Mdama died the Covenant broke, most left and most of his faction vanished in the wind as the book said. His faction spent most of the years hidden on Hesduros and gathering resources left behind by the covenant throughout space. They planned on striking humanity. (Also fought against Thel and had a role on Sanghelios as other sources state)."
- Hesduros was "laid to waste" by the Swords of Sanghelios just before the Battle of Sunaion.
- Jul was Thel's last major opponent in the civil war.
- "The Great Apothtea [the crater-sea on the Prophet homeworld] was formed because the Keyship crashed there. Mendicant's fragment couldn't control it so he wanted to stop by Janjur Qom to get assistance from the San'Shyuum (because they were humanity's allies) before heading to Earth. He couldn't control the ship and crashed."
- The Banshees in this artwork depicting the War of Beginnings are apparently Uztet'sKelln.
- High Charity's "Eye of Kel" is named after Kel 'Darsam.
- The Sangheili and San'Shyuum leaders who originally founded the Covenant were known as Pelahsar the Strident and Breaking Shadow, respectively.
- The Flood use neural physics to construct portions of their biology. That might explain how those Ranged Forms had infinite ammo. :P

World Whosball Champion 1945-1991So we won't be seeing current-pattern Covenant ships anymore? No more Assault Carriers and corvettes and CCS-class battleships?
The Shadow of Intent and Rtas 'Vadum return in Halo 6, carry out several Crowning Moment Of Awesome, then go down in flame in some Heroic Sacrifice
Borne By StormsSolid bet.
Maybe even have him round up the remaining CSO classes for one massive slugfest with a couple of Guardians.
Also, Mythos reveals that all of Spartan Ops was Jul deliberately luring in the UNSC to Requiem so he could try to bleed them out, and also that he was Uriah Gambiting his least loyal followers (several of whom joined only after he got control of the Prometheans).
EDIT: Also, the gauntlets of the IIIs' SPI armor are apparently Power Fists.

World Whosball Champion 1945-1991Saw awesome community videos and posts on the internet
Unfixed problem where players could create custom weapon configurations on weapon pads
...well played.
Damn shame about Jul.
He should've at least gotten the opportunity to give us a hard time with a squad of Zealots.
If only for all the dirty crap them scrotums at ONI pulled against Sangheili.
Borne By StormsA tour of 343 Industries Studio; props, props everywhere.
Gamecheat13 found some files in Halo 5 Forge for potentially new weapons and vehicles, including Brute stuff. Here's him spawning an anti-air Wraith, a Sentinel Beam, and the Pro Pipe.

World Whosball Champion 1945-1991Was just about to post that. The campaign character spawning is probably the most exciting part. Bots incoming?
Community update (including some stuff on the upcoming guidebook), and some updates coming to Arena.
