What's that aloof trope? Looks more like that than an Ice Queen, who typically doesn't even have enough emotions to look down on you.

getting there. Dimensions wonky, but nothing some minor editing won't fix, and I'm supposing the quality won't look so blurry when smaller.

Edit: Marie Laveau from American Horror Story is perfect, in my humble humble opinion, for this. But I have to find a still image of this gif.◊ I have to figure out which episode this was for a screen. But she has a look that could cut glass.

I am not sure if I see ice queen there. Also, I am concerned about the somewhat sensual appearance.

well I did just take a picture of the manual with my phone so you get an idea...

I have an idea of how to make it cleaner. Just gonna do the brute force method and paint out some of the artifacting. Then I'll give it a new background.

Could also crop it at her waist, to both get rid of the Boobs-and-Butt Pose and to make it less tall.

What about Olivier Mira Armstrong from Fullmetal Alchemist? She's definitely an Ice Queen. Yes, she also happens to be the commander of a fort in the northern, mountainous region of her country, so it's plenty snowy and icy, and people refer to her as the "Ice Queen", among other nicknames (an episode in the arc she is featured in is also titled Ice Queen), but she just looks like an Ice Queen, at least to me.

im most partial to the last of 65... it is most detailed and has the most menacing/intreging expression and also not just another half naked chick.

And I was never really partial to any of Emma Frost designs...

White Queen/Emma Frost also looks like a literal example, even though she isn't. Her name doesn't help, and the skimpy outfits make me think of An Ice Person due to the An Ice Suit trope (and the bluish lipstick doesn't help).

We could just note that she is not in the caption? I really do not understand why that is such an issue, her name is Frost _because_ she is an ice queen.

Her name's not Frost because she's An Ice Person.

She's not An Ice Person, but there's a reason her name is "Frost."

Agreed. Given peoples' propensities to not read tropes, it's best to avoid it.
