The fact that only 140 characters are allowed here is honestly so disappointing to me.
Succubi steal life force through sexual contact with men. Robots don't actually have them, and they aren't interested in females either, as they wouldn't have the proper parts, and add robot onto that. An Incubi, on the other hand...there wouldn't be much problems with parts.
