Suggestions will be voted on in a crowner, and the amount of options to be added will be decided on a case-by-case basis when it's time to vote, and options must have a ratio of at least 2.5:1 (instead of the 2:1 minimum usually used on the site) and at least ten votes to have consensus to add.

I already said we can be more lenient with new additions to the crowner since this is the first time we're doing this. Next year's crowner will probably be more limited.
Edit: Also, mentioned in the crowner's header and the OP that crowner options need at least ten votes to count as having consensus. This isn't anything specific to this thread, and there's no actual change in how things are going to be done (this was always the case, but it wasn't originally stated explicitly in this thread); it's a standard rule related to How Crowners Work, and I figured it was possible that not everyone here knew that already.

OK, the new relationship statuses are live now (though the OP's list hasn't been updated yet).
Next year we'll probably gather nominations ahead of time (with a bulletin announcing it), but with a more limited amount of crowner options to vote on (maybe one suggestion per person). The crowner was more lenient with how many options there were this year (both in terms of how many could be suggested at a time and how many could be on the crowner at a time) because this is the first time we've done a crowner since the decision to use crowners last year (since a crowner wasn't done last year).
Edit: OK, the list in the OP should be up-to-date now as well.

I don't recall a cooldown period for giving suggestions, and if any of my previous posts gave that impression, that wasn't the intention. There's only a cooldown period of sorts for when we vote on and later add new relationship statuses.
When I mentioned having a bulletin for gathering suggestions ahead of time prior to making a crowner, I came up with that idea because the bulletin for this year's crowner led to the thread receiving more attention than I expected, so I figured it would be a good idea to give people a heads-up regarding suggestions next year before making the crowner.
