I know it sucks to get turned down, but I don't mean you any ill will or anything. The issue is that you haven't edited your signup enough to fully address the problem I raised. What you did was a step in the right direction, but you'd need to more extensively rework it in order for it to work. For now, I'm not going to let you in. If you're serious about joining the thread, then come back after a little while and try applying with a different character. That's my final decision. I'm not trying to shut you out, I'm just saying that you can't get in right now.

• Name: Lucas Windway
• Age: 10 Years old
• Gender: Male
• Appearance: Basically the same as my avatar, just a bigger shot of him being lazy. Lucus is kinda short and small for his age. He has straight sun blond hair, sharp bluish-green eyes and is rather skinny. He dresses quite scruffy, and often brightly not caring that much for his appearance. Often he has a few bruises, scrapes, cuts, or dirt from him playing around or skating.
• Personality: Lucus is a good natured person, however prideful and prone to acting like a showoff. He's highly energetic, outgoing, physically active and adventurous, yet held back by his recklessness and lack of forethought. He is afraid of bee's. Doesn't give up easy. He has a bottomless stomach. Hates reading and studying. Favorite colour is dark blue. He is optimistic and friendly.
• Abilities: Great skater and rollerblader. Good at running, climbing and can do tricks like backflips and other parkour related stuff. He is surprisingly good at cooking. Lucus is also incredibly lucky. Can play the guitar very well.

The thing that sticks out to me right off the bat is that they're a cat. I'm not really familiar with the series this is from, but I think that the cats in there can't really communicate with humans more than any normal cat would. That's a bit of an issue since most of the characters in the thread are humans; they wouldn't really be able to talk to anyone, which is most of what goes on around here.

I might be wrong about that, though. If they can talk, then that isn't going to be a problem. It's just a little hard to tell from your signup, so I want a little clarification there.

Either way, though, I think you need to expand your signup, particularly in the personality section. We don't want an essay or anything like that, we just want to see some of the character's depth.

He treats those loyal to him well, even if they are only loyal because they were brainwashed. He has a strong hatred towards Mario and Luigi. He never stops holding a grudge. He will get his revenge, even if it takes 10 years of nothing but preparations. He's also evil. That's also important.
Abilities: Very smart, can make virtually anything (Like making a castle into a robot in under 5 hours.), has headgear and flying saucer that both allow him to fly.

I don't think that's gonna really work, either. The characte itself is fine, but you need to elaborate on things more, or it's gonna be hard for us to let you in.

What should I elaborate on?

Most of the time we tend to like a solid paragraph-ish or so on the personality, as that's the most important part.

The first setting is shooting a circular stream of stars. The second setting is giving someone temporary ice powers.), and a heavily armored dome, which is actually also the flying saucer. (Pressing a button on the flying saucer turns it into the dome, and pressing a button on the dome turns it back into a flying saucer. It conducts heat very easily, so it can get very hot in there.)
SP-Related Abilities: (NOTE: The following SP costs are with the budget charm. Without the budget charm, they would cost 30% more SP each.) Flying using the flying saucer, flying using the headgear, ramming, swinging using the headgear, and shooting electricity balls using the headgear are 0 SP each. Superheated gas from the dome and multiple electricity balls from the headgear at once are 2 SP each. Circular stream of stars using star gun is 4 SP. Electricity spheres around the dome is 6 SP. Electricity spheres through black portals is 8 SP. A ring of dark electricity spheres is 9 SP. Sucking up things using the headgear, it was 10SP. Giving someone temporary ice powers using the star gun is 17 SP. Healing gas from the headgear is 25 SP.
Other Abilities: Given the right materials, he can turn a castle into a robot in less that 6 hours.
Relevant History: He used to be Cackletta's Dragon, but then Cackletta's was defeated by Mario and Luigi. And by defeated I mean she no longer exists.

When I said to reapply after a little while, I meant more like a week than the next day. That's on me; I should have been more clear about that. Regardless, I'm sorry to have to say this, but the final answer is going to be no. I know you redid your signup a couple of times and added to it, but I don't think it was quite enough in the direction that we'd like. Again, I apologize.

• Name: Caulifla and Kale (from Dragon Ball Super).
• Age: Both appear to be young adults within Universe 6, at least within the age of 17-19.
• Gender: Both characters are female.

• Personality:
  • Caulifla, from a first glance, shamelessly fits the delinquent persona. She tends to project herself as a very smug, boisterous and impatient tomboy, especially in an effort not be overshadowed by anyone (such as speaking or behaving in defiance of any idea that ruins her chances of being free-spirited). Laziness has a tendency to stream out from her, as she would rather put her own laid-back interests (like casual fighting and eating) or command others any day of the week at her leisure than pick up after herself.
    
    However, Caulifla, whether she would like to admit it or not, does have some softer, pleasurable qualities. She tends to show to respect to others with some kind of strong quality or potential worth her time, especially if she can get to learn a thing or two on how to obtain it. If that person is lucky, she may show some signs of gratitude. When she does become invested into an activity or conversation, her excited enthusiasm lightens her mood to friendlier terms. Around those she cares about, like her personal protegee Kale, she can become (aggressively) protective and willing to fight on their behalf.

  • Kale, by contrast, is a shy, obedient quiet girl who has trouble socializing and interacting with unfamiliar people or ideas. While, relatively, nice compared to the Caulifla, she is very emotional and will show signs of jealously or disapproval of anything bothersome through her body language (notably if there’s a threat between her mentorship connection with Caulifla). Her low-self esteem makes her very hesitate about her personal choices, willingness to speak out, and self-worth. As a result, she would often shuts herself down or retreats to any form of comfort to regain any boost.
    
    On the flipside, Kale is one of the select few of Saiyan-related individuals whose personality alters upon accessing their Super Saiyan transformation (for her, specifically, it’s a drastic shift within the Super Saiyan Berserk(er) form). The Super Saiyan Berserk form brings out a negative, warrior side of Kale, exploiting her jealousy, rage, and roughhousing behavior in a loud, almost mindless fashion. It can be a challenge for anyone to appeal to this side of her (even Caulifla can struggle depending on how mindless Berserk!Kale has become), but successfully doing so could make a bash brother out of her. However, Berserk!Kale, currently, is even less of a person to talk compared to Kale!

• Abilities: Universe 6 Saiyans are very similar to the likes of their Universe 7 counterparts (or the “regular” mainline universe with Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Trunks, and Goten), and Caulifla and Kale are no exception.
  
  While Caulifla is more inclined to demonstrate these attributes, they are naturally very resistant against most harsh weather conditions, ammunition, and energy attacks over a long period of time. The duo can harness their natural ki, or energy, and redistribute it into increasing their defense or variations of energy attacks. In addition, a focus build-up of their ki “within their backs” can unlock their attribute-boosting Super Saiyan forms.

Yeah, that's a really damn good signup. I don't have any questions about it or anything; it's very detailed and well-written.

Two quick bits of advice, though: people don't usually start with duos, so if you feel like a little overwhelmed or anything while you're getting a feel for the thread, there's nothing wrong with focusing on only one of them for a little bit. That's only if you feel swamped, though. If you don't, you can stick to using both of 'em.

The other one is a standard thing for people who start with rather powerful characters, but I don't think that's gonna be a problem for you. You spent way more time on their personalities than their abilities, so I'm pretty sure you're not gonna throw them around and have them start fights or something along those lines. Again, I don't think you're gonna have a problem with that, it's just something I usually say.

But yeah, anyway, go ahead and hop in whenever you want to.

Name: Konngara

Age: 24

Gender: female

Personality: At first sight, Konngara would look strict and unkind. However, she is, in reality, quite friendly to most everyone... but she will get things to happen if need be. If pushed far enough, she can become very antagonistic and aggressive.

Explanation - I don't have much personality to back Konngara up. She had no dialogue in the sole game that she was a character in, and she has never returned in a game to this point. This is about as far as I can realistically go in terms of personality without half-baking something in the signup or accidentally forgetting some part of her personality in the actual RP. Not to excuse my lack of a personality, but still.

Abilities: Sole ability of note is that she can shoot dozens of small "bullets" using her sword (Look up "Touhou HRtP Konngara fight" if you want clarification)

You've got a good start there, but I think you need to expand on her personality a bit. We're big on character interaction here, so having a robust personality is pretty helpful. You don't need to have a big, three paragraph essay or anything. A decent sized paragraph or so is all we really like to see.

Beyond that, your signup's good. All you gotta do is beef up the personality some more and you should be good.

EDIT 2: Edited post again. As I wrote in the note that I spoilered out in the signup, I really can't make Konngara any clearer in terms of her personality. She had no dialogue in the sole game that she was in. Not to excuse my lack of a personality for Konn, but still.

Good start, but we generally like something about this long or so. It doesn't have to be quite that long, but we like having a good, clear idea of what the character's like.
