I have a problem with this trope to begin with. It seems to be about people who are more glamorous because of their association with ice and winter, with any snow powers making them a combination of this and An Ice Person...but almost all of the examples are basically of the "Snow Queen" archetype.
So do we have a separate trope for that archetype? If so, those pictures are better off there. If not, that description definitely needs a rework to focus on what most of the examples are about.
"A more iconic image would be better" strikes me as a bad reason to have a thread. I do not know of any "snow queen" archetype much less about any trope like that.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI think the trope really means an ice and/or snow-themed princess or queen, regardless of powers. The reason I set up this thread was that I thought the page image needed to be changed to a more well-known example of the trope. So far, my top two choices are Elsa and Ice Queen.
Considering how new Frozen is, I think calling the Snow Queen from that work "iconic" or "more well-known" is a bit premature.

...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.I'll look at the suggestions later; the current needs to go for ambiguity alone.
Just to throw another suggestion into the mix, how about this image of Princess Oyuki◊ from Urusei Yatsura?

Boy Scouts ½: the most gratuitous self insert fic, ever! Read, if you dare!If we're going to have a replacement it should look distinctively like she's noble or royal. A tiara would be great.
This being, "about people who are more glamorous because of their association with ice and winter," sounds right but I don't know what you would call just the archetypal Snow Queen.
"What if we changed the trope's image" is a bad way to start any thread. The current isn't actually pull worthy and if you think it is then just say so and why. I don't think there's anything in How To Pick A Good Image that says that the image should be iconic.
Here's some of the Snow Queen from Oglaf.
I really like the first one Willbyr linked to — the one by Elena Rigo.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Sorry about that. This◊ link should work.
That's a little better than the one of her in the sleigh.
I like the first two...not enough royalty in the third.
First panel of this very NSFW comic?
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.11.3 has that panel (and only that panel, really got to take NSFW warnings more seriously because... yow, that is not safe for... it's porn basically)

I probably laughed more than I should've at that joke.
Anyway, I don't think I'll make up my mind before a crowner here.
Check out my fanfiction!... how in the heck did I miss that? It's not even like I didn't click the link, I just... managed to miss the three embedded pictures.

Sounds good.
Crowner's hooked.
Bump for votes.
This is ready to call. The new pic's up, potholed, and tagged, and the rest are on an Image Links page. Caption or no?
Crown Description:
Nominations for replacement images:
What if we changed the trope's image to something a little more iconic? One character I have in mind would be Elsa the Snow Queen from Disney's Frozen. She seems to fit Winter Royal Lady to a T.
