I am not seeing any meaningful difference between these two. Merge.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanMerge. Blood on These Hands even says straight out that it's the Stock Phrase that is virtually always used in conjunction with the visual trope of These Hands Have Killed. Make Blood on These Hands into a redirect.
{eta: change "keep" to make", lest I be confusing.]

...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.These were both up on Image Pickin' a while back. One image on one page was moved to the other.
Just a Face and a Caption: These Hands Have Killed
Does Not Illustrate: Blood On These Hands

Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.Merge. For the record These Hands Have Killed is slightly more popular, at 168 wicks vs 106.
Yeah, merge away.
Trying to remember what I thought back in those threads, I think it was along the lines of figuring out the difference. I'm not sure it's significant enough, so a merge isn't entirely wrong.
Check out my fanfiction! One's a trope, the other is a Stock Phrase that goes with it. The precedent as far as I'm aware of (Hold Me and Security Cling) is to merge the phrase into the trope.
.....I've been staring at the two pages for a few minutes, and honestly cannot for the life of me see any difference. Merge
Crowner made. I see no opposition, but I hope it is not too early.
Crowner's hooked.
One minor problem with merging is that, like many stock phrases, Blood on These Hands can be used metaphorically.
Given that it has the stronger wick count, and to prevent the need for a second crowner afterwards, I've edited the crowner to clarify which trope would be merged INTO which. I hope nobody minds :)
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!Fine by me.
Bloody Hand could be used as it's own trope if it has significant examples.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanIf the concept is the same then a merge is definitely in order, though I do like BOTHnote better as the destination title.

An Ear Worm is like a Rickroll: It is never going to give you up.I agree.
Let's get a few more votes before calling this one.
Agree with merge, but can Blood on These Hands be the title. It's more poetic that the straightforward These Hands Have Killed and carries the same meaning.
Voted for merge, although I do want to point out that Blood on These Hands says it can be used for an outside party to accuse a killer. Don't know if that's significant enough, though.
Calling for These Hands Have Killed.
"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - FighteerDid the merging and tagging, save for two wicks on locked pages that have edit requests pending.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard Feynman
Crown Description:
Vote up for yes, down for no.
Both the page for These Hands Have Killed and for Blood on These Hands point out that the tropes usually occur together. Indeed, I'm having trouble seeing what the difference is. In the first, the person responsible for a death expresses horror and regret about this, and in the latter, the person who just killed someone expresses shock and guilt about it.
So we either should find a meaningful distinction and fix the trope descriptions, or a merge is in order.
BOTH has 106 wicks, 55 inbounds; THFK has 168 wicks, 60 inbounds; hence if merged, THFK would probably be the best name.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!
