I mainly just find it weird. It's a little hard to tell where the torpedoes are coming from, why the boat is above the water, or why the size difference is so small.

I agree.
The initial one just looked like the helicopter is bombing an inexplicably floating boat. Second's better, and better than nothing, but I agree, a lampshading would be best.

But you can't tell if the boat has a native capability to fly just by looking at it.
There doesn't seem to be anything that propels it to be in the air.
I am not sure if we ought to lampshade the flying boat or the rockets.

Torpedoing a helicopter seem crazy enough to me, or do we need something more obvious, somebody actually lampshading how crazy something is?
