I'm actually okay with both the image and the caption.
The reason the caption is okay is because of the page's name... calling a Ham and Cheese instance "delicious" just makes sense to me.
And the image is clearly hammy. Between the double fists, the gaze, the face, and the plastic-y dictator outfit, I can practically hear the ham even without having seen the scene.
That said, I think it could be improved by showing another image of the actor in a more respected role as well.

The pic is great. For a caption replacement...maybe "For you, that Bison graced this page with his image was unpalatable...but for me it was DELICIOUS!" *shrug*
Remember, the trope isn't just "REALLY hammy actor" it's "Actor in a role beneath him goes all out hammy." I still think there's room for improvement on covering the "role beneath him" bit.

The "role that's beneath him" is not required. "In a cheesy movie" is. It's not a comparative thing — it's a stand-alone thing. Some actors all but make a career of Ham and Cheese. I don't see any value in adding a second picture to say "But Raul Julia doesn't always ham it up in cheesy movies. See?"

Okay, admittedly Raul Julia's pose does look a bit hammy. Image might not be completely terrible, although I can't say as I'd miss it if it vanished.
The caption is absolutely terrible, though. I mean, I like how they managed to shoehorn a meme in there (despite TV Tropes policy, I like using those), but it's otherwise basically a useless caption in its purest form.
I don't have any great ideas for replacements of anything, I'm afraid, unless you opted for a Rule of Funny kind of image like the admin-protected one on Large Ham.
