As for the rest of the episode, IF is traumatized from eggplants, but good thing she's not traumatized from Sadist Mode Pururun~ Not a kid, after all. But there's a consensus about not letting her get angry as much as possible

Episode 7:

• Plutia's from another dimension, huh? That explains a lot.
• Arfoire's back, and she would like it if you try out her eggplants. IF will never recover from this...
• A new Gundam appeared; it is called the Eggplant Gun-*shot*
• Take Plutia off her meds, and what do you get? A sadist! A sadist's sadist!
• And so, Arfoire and Pirachu quit their life of crime, to do an honest day's work. She'll be the best eggplant farmer ever.

It's always the little girls isn't it? If you ever meet one and you don't know where it came from....just run.

This must be the segment they use to convince networks it's a kids show.

Plutia is basically a stoned version of Neptune isn't she? Yup. she is. Oh, that's why they don't want her to transform...

I wonder if this allows Mouse to hit on Compa again since he isn't a bad guy anymore?

Is a Beach Episode required by law or something?

I agree with your reaction to the episode. Not a very good one at all.

As long as they refer to Vert's Imouto-harem making from the manga, I'm fine with a beach episode.

Episode 8:

• They actually had a justification for using Lens Flare Censor. Except that it was a lie. Poor Nepgear. Well, at least Vert enjoyed the view.
• Yes, Plutia, they're all spoilsports. But with a HDD form like yours, of course they would be cautious^note and scared.
• Hey, it's Ms.Setag! How are you do-aww, you got cut off before you said anything.

Poor Bill Gates reference indeed.

So, apparently the first blu-ray will include a drama CD episode (titled episode 0) set about six months before the anime begins. Also, the cover◊.

The Beach Episode was expected, but it was funny for me.

Oh, and this anime has already compressed the majority of spoilers from Victory except in reverse. Anonydeath's male form stole Peashy from the group, but it looks like Anonydeath here already knows of the other Rei. "Eden" in the title for the next episode is the fourth continent, which I'm expecting to only last the next episode.

I recommend playing Victory to understand the storyline from now on. This anime is now a minefield of spoilers from both Victory and the anime.

As a non-game player, the significance of Peashy always going for the pudding labelled for Nep-Nep and Plutia's love for making dolls flew over my head.

For background, there are five insignificant items in Victory that play a key role for the Good and True endings. I've only seen three in the anime: the two you mentioned, and Compa's Syringe. The first item you mentioned was because she really loves Neptune and wants her things, the second item for messing up the exact same doll, but Plutia always stiches it together shows that Plutia does love Peashy very much, the third item because Compa was young and tried to take care of Peashy, but that ended badly. We still need IF's Notebook (she really loves to think up of stuff, and this amazes Peashy) and unless she did it during Episode 8, Peashy's drawing of everyone, this is self-explanatory along with Nepgear being a Butt-Monkey and forgot to be in that. They are all part of "Bonus" segments in the game, where they are completely optional to watch. At the penultimate chapter, these help Peashy remember who the party was with those reasons and the game progresses to Good Ending Route,

Oh, and another spoileriffic thing that was worth noting. That black smoke? Most likely other Rei's. Careful, Anime Rei is now a time bomb.

Side-note: Plutia's love for making dolls gets an immediate practical explanation in Victory. They're her weapon type when not transformed.

Edit: Alrighty we have some Neptune development, Noire continues to be everyone's landing platform (heck it's gotten to the point where it makes crossover material) P-Ko is a CPU, lampshades are risen, and outtakes return with the reading of erotica. A nice episode to build up to the next one.

There are two E Ds by the way, but I'm surprised they kept the peppy one for this episode. The previous episode was bad enough as it was.

Plutia is much weirder in the games, however. There's no way to know if she wants Neptune. This one in the anime is much nicer than the one in the game.

Oh, and Anonydeath is a walking Running Gag. Waow, I knew Yellow Heart was massive in the games, but ridiculously sized tits + Gainaxing.
