As a rule, the idea of yanking an image just because it "adds two more instances of the word rape" is silly and over sensitive for this site, but at the same time the cropped image really doesn't lose anything so... I don't care either way.

I'm going to go with Keep Until Better Image Suggested on this one.
Cropping out the first panel feels like a lateral change to me. If anything I think having both improves the comedic timing a bit. In any case, I don't think the two-panel version is any worse than the one paneled one.
