Agreed; that would work for Nausea Fuel more than Nightmare Fuel, methinks.
Th clown bed is more nightmare fuel than Homer with a knife.
Though to be honest, I always found the scene in question hilarious, while the clown is genuinely freaky.

I don't think it is possible for another caption to be more appropriate.
I think the one of Homer's silhouette when offering Bart brownies in "Cape Feare" is more terrifying than the current image.
That, or Bart imagining Homer's face melting after leaving Bart at soccer practise.
