It depends on the method you use to do it. I'm fairly sure that Shenron can't make you much more powerful than Kami or Dende, since wishes can't exceed their power, but at the same time, I'm fairly sure he can make you into a Saiyan, which would circumvent that, and might be able to convert you to a member of Freeza's race.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariIf DBO is anything to go by, he can allows humans to go Super Saiyan somehow.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!I seem to recall Saiyans interbreeding extensively with humanity being part of the DBO backstory.
That is the case.
I wonder if you could use the balls to achieve a Krillin like full potential state.
Or even something similar to Old Kai's power unlocking ceremony, but without the hours long wait?
One Strip! One Strip! You can probably do the Guru Unlock.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariOf course, since the saiyans and Piccolo still exist, it doesn't mean much.
Maybe toss some Android modifications in there.
One Strip! One Strip!Or you could pull a Garlic Jr. and wish for immortality.
And then wish that nobody could ever open the dead zone.
Ever.
And then wish nobody could every wish to undo that wish.
Ever.
Then fuck everybody up.
One Strip! One Strip! For more brokenness, wish to be a Saiyan, that way, when you regenerate after getting killed, you'll be ]even stronger each time.

himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariI dunno, I suppose whether your immortality is "always resurrects back to full health after death" or "can't die" is important, 'cause if it's the first, you are technically brought close to death before you regenerate, so you'd get the zenkai, but with the latter, killing you is impossible, so you can't be brought close to death.
Unless just being beat black and blue without the possibility of death works. It might.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimari"Tales of the Monkey Queen" Chapter 33 on AO3 and FF.net. In which we take you back to the past to slay some shitty demons that suck ass.
Fun fact: This is the start of Part 2 of the story. The original one surpassed 300 pages on Google Docs and was taking forever to load so we started a new one.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!So that chapter was basically the best thing?
"Tales of the Monkey Queen" Chapter 34 on AO3 and FF.net. In which we get all of the major pieces of this saga moving and witness the results of Suno's training.
Fun Fact: The alternate second half of this chapter's title was "Suno Gets Sassy!" but I decided to change it back since this saga's rather serious.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!...Is that shipping or am I imagining things?
...I mean, I can ship it, I think.
How old is Suno? I mean. She's technically a character in the manga, but.
Goku's 15 at this point I think, but hasn't gotten much taller because Saiyan. Suno is wearing bras and driving, so.
I like King Piccolo.
I don't want to argue about shipping but I kinda wanna talk about shipping.
Starting with. I dunno whether Chichi's straight, but she's enough of a traditionalist that I don't see her wanting to marry a woman. The whole thing there is all about honor, and Goku being a boy and touching her, and her dad offering her as a reward for a heroic champion. If she's bi she's repressed as hell about it. She buys into way too many heteronormative values and concepts.
Male Goku seemingly likes Chichi. I get the distinct impression Goten's conception was willing and consensual on his part. So. Again, maybe bi? I imagine some kind of demisexual, though, because Goku doesn't seem to care about norms or mores, so he's not repressed, and Chichi is the only person there's even a hint he thinks about that way.
Even as an adult he can be around Bulma wearing just a towel and not give a shit.

Suno is sixteen.
As for Chichi, all I'll say is that we have plans for her. Plans that you'll hopefully find interesting.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! You're such a tease.
I was hoping you might tell us why you like King Piccolo, and why chapter 33 is the best.
My various fanfics.I really like his attitude, the way you hint at a bunch of stuff with Namek.
Like.
The concept of King Piccolo being nostalgic because of the dragon ball is delightful.
As is him deciding to let Mai get her way because he likes her moxie.
And Chapter 33 I loved just because of the banter between Roshi and Shen, and the tragedy when it all ends, and they go their separate ways without their master.
I like the way the rest of the cast reacts to the story.
Two fics I like and wanna share:
One thing I think about is the fact that Hercule and Bulma are technically in the same social class and therefore probably the same social circles.
Burma's nice enough (sometimes) that she would probably help Videl out in a time of need.
She might not, but.
And.
I like the Videl and Vegeta interactions in the second chapter. I have always thought of them as being weirdly similar in a lot of ways.
I fell in Love With A Black Hole.
I like analysis on what it's like for Android 18 and her thought process. The inhuman and human aspects.
And. Like, even in the Buu Saga her own husband calls her by a number. So. Yeah, Toriyama says her name used to be Lazuli. But she doesn't seem to know that.

So I got an idea:
In the final moments of his defeat Demigra says Fuck all of you I'm wrecking everything and taking all of you with me, and opts to destroy all of time. In the process he threatens to destroy not only the main timeline, but all alternate timelines, past, present and future.
It seems like it can't be stopped, but Skot gets and idea. Using parts of Bulma's original time machine and her own powers over time, she salvages the universe and the different timelines by essentially pulling a Crisis On Infinite Earths and merging a number of timelines together, patching them together to fill the holes Demigra's actions put in them.
The universe is now very fucked up, and the problem is still only a temporary measure. The regular Dragonballs on their own aren't enough to fix it obviously, and they are cut off from the other universes, which means no Super Dragonballs either. The good news is that since the world is made up of different timelines, multiple versions of the same things from those different timelines also exist. Can't use one set of Earth or Namekian Dragonballs? Use three or four sets.
So The Dragonball gang split up into multiple groups (some going off into space even) to find as many different sets of dragon balls as they can to fix the problem. The key thing is that the universe is now made up of pieces of different timelines and the characters that inhabit those timelines.
So different points in the main timeline, as well as some movie stuff as well. Future Trunk's timeline will be part of it, and he'll get a chance to meet his past self just around the time of Super, but It'll also be including ...gasp Dragon Ball Gt, so GT trunks will be there.
There's some interesting potential for this I think. I haven't ironed everything out yet, but one potential idea is Android 18 from Trunks' timeline (from a little before he returned to destroy them) vs her main timeline self as of Dragon Ball Super. So evil murderous snarky bitch 18 vs more mellow, stay at home mom (but still very snarky) 18. Awww yeah!!!
I think what really makes it interesting is the potential for different versions of the same characters from different points in their life all interacting with each other. Imagine Bulma sometime after her first adventure with Goku (when she and Yamcha were together) meeting not only her early Z self (from before Raditz showed up), but her Post Buu self ( just at the beginning of Super).
Imagine Kami from just after Goku defeats Piccolo at the Tenkaichi Budokai meeting not only Dende, but a Piccolo who's now their complete self.
And of course Demigra is hard at work, recruiting the different villains from the different points in time as well. I haven't decided if he'll power them up or not (he might not be able to toss that one out as easily as he normally could after nearly killing himself fucking up the universe).
Like I said, still a lot of stuff to iron out, but I like the cut of this one. What do you guys think?

One Strip! One Strip!I can only imagine that, upon meeting herself, Older Bulma would remark on how attractive she is and the younger her would say that she'll age good.
himitsu keisatsu seifu chokuzoku kokka hoanbu na no da himitsu keisatsu yami ni magireru supai katsudou torishimariThis is true.
I also believe they'd argue, because I can picture Bulma being the kind of person to not be able to get along with herself.
Expect a lot of Hypocritical Humour about how arrogant the other is from both of them.

One Strip! One Strip! And younger Bulma's horror that she married and fucked a planet-murdering alien.
My various fanfics.
Hypothetically speaking, is there any in-universe reason that a character would not be able to use the Dragon Balls to shortcut their way to badassery by wishing to be a more powerful and/or more skilled warrior?
