Things you are proud of (About yourself)

Managing to follow a bunch of threads without posting on it.

Being able to single-mindedly focus mind over goals, albeit obsessively trying to achieve things. Somehow succeeding as well, until I find a new one.

The fact that I teached myself english... when I was still only twelve years old.

I've accomplished quite a bit in the past few years.

I'm okay at writing.

I'm an idealist.

I have enough inner strength to cope with adversity.

I managed once to convince someone that I was the star of a failed '70s buddy cop show.

My sense of direction is near impeccable

What I'm proud of regarding myself:

• For having such tiny hands, I can play piano really well. I'm also coming along well on mandolin and bass, but I still suck at guitar.

• I also have perfect pitch.

• My drawing skills seem to be improving with every picture. I'd show, but Deviant ART is down right now.

I've memorized every single country in the world during my elementary school years and at one point memorized the capitals of each country. I can also (still) memorize every state of the US in order of the dates they were brought into statehood, including capitals. During my high school years, I've memorized the periodic table of the elements. I can even remember a few details of my early childhood.

So I pretty much have excellent memory. I'm not sure if this skill is really useful for anything.

• I might not have perfect pitch, but that's sort of a limitation on my vocal chords than anything else.
• I'm able to make pixel art of my character's weapons.
• Speaking of which, I'm building a vast, incredibly detailed world and characters (which I one day hope to produce something about)

Probably a few others, but those were the first that came to mind.

• I'm a pretty amiable person to those around me, even when I'm not feeling particularly hot myself.
• My immune system is strong enough that I only get sick once a year.
• I have a very good eye for good aesthetic design.

I apparently have a really good sense of humor, as I tend to joke about everything even in public, and it almost always elicits a laugh.

Ditto. Though I plan to change that. Or die trying. (I'll probably die trying.)

I do have an excellent memory, not that it helps me any.

I helped convince my best friend not to kill himself, that's the best thing I've done in my life.

Achievement Unlocked: Successfully invested $10,000+ without having to cover margin calls or have any stocks fall into the red. Next year I could buy myself a car.

Related: I somehow made it as far as I have without the urge to kill myself overpowering my sense of self-preservation.

On that note, when a friend of mine told me she was going to kill herself, I told a group of friends about it and we all got together in a chat room to convince her not to do it. It's a great feeling.
