Does Not Illustrate: Medal Of Dishonor

Not seeing the trope here. It's an ugly medal, but it doesn't convey the "award for something you're not proud of" thing. Motion to pull.

Yep yep. It's context is based entirely upon familiarity with the series.

Ok, I have a feeling this will be shot down, because of multiple reasons, image quality among them. (I'm tired. Go easy if you hate the pic. It's merely a suggestion.)

I think that's only confusing. And uglier than hell. The current does kind of work, even if it's not a good picture.
