I just finished watching Billy Madison again after a long while. As has often been said before, remember when Adam Sandler made good movies?
I smell magic in the air. Or maybe barbecue.Riffed on Santa Claws. 'Twas pretty fun.
We're up all night to get luckyApt Pupil. It was a pretty interesting movie. The two main characters were messed up but I liked seeing the movie.
Last movie, eh? I watched The Nightmare Before Christmas for the first time! It was a good film. Impressive stop-motion, by the way.
"YOU SHALL FEEL THE FLOWER'S WRATH"Re-watched Kill Bill the other day because my friend wanted to see it. Both parts.
Fun movie especially if you like a lot of fake blood. XD
Stupid doomed timeline...For the holidays, Rise of the Guardians. I totally forgot how good this underrated movie was.
"I just want what everyone else has, that's all."Puss. In Boots. Starring Salma Hayek and Antonio Banderas as the two Pusses who wear Boots. Better than the last two Shrek films by some margin.
I just got back from seeing Rogue One. I really liked it. :)
I smell magic in the air. Or maybe barbecue.Kill Bill is one of my favorite things ever, especially Vol. 1.
I like Puss in Boots as well. XD
I liked it better when Questionable Casting was called WTH Casting AgencyIn the spirit of Christmas, I watched Home Alone 2: Lost in New York last night. It's still as good as I remember; I haven't seen it in so long, I laughed very hard at the booby traps. XD ^_^;;
I smell magic in the air. Or maybe barbecue.I watched Shin Godzilla today. Amazing movie. It's a little hard to follow at times and the CGI is a little suspect, but it does an amazing job of making Godzilla feel like a terrifying, indestructible force of nature. I got giddy when I heard Decisive Battle playing in the background of a few scenes. Might be tied with the original for my favorite Godzilla movie.

Braveheart. First time.
The scottish accent is really charming.
To win, you need to adapt, and to adapt, you need to be able to laugh away all the restraints. Everything holding you back.First up was Carry on Cleo, which will never fail to be really funny, and then it was the immortal "Where Eagles Dare", with Richard Burton, Clint Eastwood, Mary Ure, and the fragrant Ingrid Pitt massacring hundreds of Nazis.
I watched two Don Bluth films yesterday. All Dogs go to Heaven and The Secret of NIMH. Overall, they were good films though I prefer the former to the latter.
Around the World in 80 Days, followed by Seven Brides for Seven Brothers. Both top class.
Game Over (1989): A little French gem that's a stylish mix of a slasher film and Home Alone, but played deadly serious. It isn't gory and a lot of what occurs is off-screen, but what is shown is often brutal, with there being one especially shocking bit. There are a few clunky parts, but it's otherwise very good and extremely melancholic (it is French, after all) with what's probably the most unsettling "evil Santa suit-up" sequence since Christmas Evil (though I suppose there isn't much competition when it comes to that).
Saturday, I watched Suicide Squad, followed by A New Hope, and yesterday I watched the 2016 version of Magnificent Seven.
I love it, nice to see a good christmas movie... even if it was a day after christmas.
To win, you need to adapt, and to adapt, you need to be able to laugh away all the restraints. Everything holding you back.Saw Monster Trucks on Boxing Day.
Rogue One
Where there's life, there's hope. The Doctor Who Christmas Special, "The Return of Doctor Mysterio", followed by "How To Train Your Dragon" and "How To Train Your Dragon 2"
Spectral (Netflix Original): It was above average.
Suicide Squad: It had some problems (I didn't even know the mission was to extract Waller until they actually extracted Waller), but it was still okay for me.
Wizard of Oz (The super old one)
Not a perfect film (Though it was quite impressive at the time), but the root for a lot of Nostalgia for some. The Cowardly Lion was cool.
"YOU SHALL FEEL THE FLOWER'S WRATH"Meh. I only liked the third act. Only the robot, the Blind man and the Heavy were likeable, the woman, whoever name she had, was even blander than Rey.

Heathers. I had my jaw dropping at some parts that have become somewhat in poor taste, concerning events that have happened since the movie was made, but it was still pretty funny, if disturbing. But Dead Girl Walking (Reprise) from the musical is so catchy.
