It looks invisible to me. That suggestion is just as ambiguous.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanSnake isn't actually invisible in the vgcats image; see his green hands over the grey chalkboard border. Also, the trope does not include regular hand-applied camouflage in the description, so it wouldn't even be an example.
Supporting a switch to something that is actually invisibility. Whispersilk Cloak looks good.

Fight. Struggle. Endure. Suffer. LIVE.The first argument gives a weak support for a switch from me.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanKnowing Metal Gear Solid: The guy in the background is clearly using camouflage paint, which doesn't seem to fit the trope.
Without knowing the context: It's just a picture of an invisible/camouflaged guy, which isn't the trope since it's about an item that grants invisibility, not the power of invisibility.
Either way, it doesn't really fit. I don't see how the Whisper Cloak is ambiguous at all, though. It's clearly an artifact that, when worn, renders the wearer invisible. What's ambiguous about it?

"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard Feynman+1 to swap.
Check out my fanfiction!
I was thinking something more like the active camouflage◊ from Halo, honestly.
Or Smash Bros., but I can't find any good images of it in action from that.
Moon◊I do favor the switch, but I'd like something better than the proposed replacement even more. the image is rather tiny. Especially with the subject being off-center, meaning it's not only small, but only about 50% of the small image actually shows the trope.
Something larger and clearer would be nice.
[1]◊ is the biggest I see in the first few screens of Google Image Search results.

I like that he's sort of peeking out of it. It highlights what it is.
Check out my fanfiction!Nice. I support swapping that in.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going.Much better.
Shrunk to 75% to fit the guidelines:
Perfect. "I see you, Kirk...can you see me?" came to mind as a caption, but that might work better as a page quote.

15 gets a +1 from me too.

please don't capitalize my handle. I just don't like it.+2
Check out my fanfiction!Judging by example-ness, the VG Cats one is Chameleon Camouflage not Invisibility Cloak.
Judging by illustrative-ness, the VG Cats one looks like an invisibility suit while the suggestion looks like a Chameleon Camouflage due to the invisibility warping.
...IMHO, Harry Potter's first movie was a good example visually, given that's when he first acquired it, but I don't know how easy it is to screencap.

An Ear Worm is like a Rickroll: It is never going to give you up.Not seeing how the MtG card illo looks like a Chameleon Camouflage, but if you have a better image, please, provide! (Perhaps check to see if some YouTuber put up a clip from the movie you could capture from?)
I like the Magic suggestion.
for 15
"This would be awesome if people didn't keep running into me."
Another vote for 15, that's perfect.
I think we can pretty safely say that 15's the winner, here.
Any other ideas for captions? I'm thinking "Most examples aren't quite THIS literal." Not funny, but it is informative.

The Invisibility Cloak page image is a scene from VG Cats where Snake is blending in with the background. That said, he's doing it through camouflage paint, not through an Invisibility Cloak. Even if it was with an invisibility cloak, the image doesn't really illustrate that at all, just showing invisibility in general.
I say make it this image from the trope's Image page: http://magiccards.info/pvc/en/23.html
Clearly shows that it's a cloak and not an innate ability, so it makes a lot more sense. Would the flavor text need to be cut out?
