More than one belt is too many, especially when it hangs at such an odd angle. It may not be Lulu's Belt-Dress thing, but he still doesn't need more than one.

Sure, for amount of belts, but not for total length and sheer weight. Those are just small, wussy belts around arms and legs.

Anyways, I'd say the suggested picture should be put up just for the sword he's carrying by itself. Where the hell did that thing come from? It looks like it was crafted out of used goldfish bowls! Nevermind the rest of the outfit. XD

How about revising it a little.

or something to that effect.
Also note that he is wearing suspenders, rendering both belts unnecessary.

I put the new pic up with a slightly shortened version of the original caption suggestion...we can use the whole thing if you want. Locking up.
The picture is fine, and illustrates the trope, but there's another picture of the character on Fashionable Asymmetry. It's not the same picture, but going off of what was done with Good Colors, Evil Colors, I think it'd be a good idea to find another.
May I suggest Luso from Final Fantasy Tactics A2?
