The image on A Mind Is a Terrible Thing to Read looks like it's an entire strip of Dilbert; can someone check on that?

I'm not sure we can cut a panel, either. The first is the only one that makes it explicit the person is a telepath, the second one sets up the punch line, and the third one is the punch line.

Yeah, removing any part of this ruins the overall effect. It's cut from the page.

Maybe Sasha's Primal Scene from Psychonauts? GIS didn't turn it up though.

Put this together, would this do? For context: he's asking his father about his dead mother but he refuses, he reads his father's mind, and finds... thoughts a man would think about his wife.

You'd need the whole strip to make that work, and we can't do that without permission from the creator.

Nah, without the first panel there's no context to what it's reacting to.

Do those images count for anything? I just see text.

They're darker than I'd prefer, but the woman in the first panel clearly is having a bad reaction to something, and the guy in the last panel's covering his face in a way that suggests embarrassment. It's not perfect, but I think it works well enough.

I think it would make a better page quote. I have to examine it carefully to see a figure in either panel.

Pool 2477 on Danbooru has some pics of Satori Komeiji that could work, though it's mostly Dirty Mind-Reading or Can't Get Away with Nuthin'. Might require editing in some translations though.

Well, the first one is more of a Logic Bomb or something similar (it's the recursion that's harmful, not the thoughts themselves), and the other two don't illustrate better than previous suggestions.
