good lord, this manga really needs more love
I don't even seem to find any Rule 34 of it

There's no Part 1, I just thought it was funny at the time.
I think it's because most of the exposure to this manga has been through word of mouth. I found out myself, for example, through Twitter, which I then posted about here. Even then, the audience among English-speakers is still very minor, and the low volume count (it's only recently gotten its third volume out) plays a factor as well.
Ch.04, first centaur president of US, hmmm....
There's no Part 1, I just thought it was funny at the time.
There's also the short bit in chapter 13 about the Amphibians (frog people) complaining about indiscriminate bombing of their poppy fields, which calls to mind the stuff the US used to do against the Columbians. And let's not get into how things seem to be with the Serpentines.
You'll quickly notice that, while we're getting nice SOL stuff in the foreground, there seems to be a lot going on behind the scenes that point to the world Hime lives in not being particularly bright and sunny.

We see armed soldiers guarding the premises of race-specific areas later on (chapter 9 I think), along with a tank. There's a reason why I initially wanted to put Crapsaccharine World as an entry when I first set up the page.
Hexapodal: the way evolution should have happened. Every day of my life, I wish I had four arms...Seriously, we have way too few limbs.
Also, winged kitty = the cutest thing ever!!!

Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.Centaurs are my new fetish
how do the mermaids' clothing work?
I mean, their tails look like a single piece, but the hips are still separated, and the crotch area is human-like, kinda weird type of mermaid here

There's no Part 1, I just thought it was funny at the time.No more Crapsaccharine than the real world. World Half Full is probably what I'd call it. There's genuine happiness in this universe brought about by genuinely good people. Crapsaccharine implies that only the dark secrets are real.
You know...even though all humanoids have six limbs...the central limbs are in completely different places for the different species. Well, the placement of the central limbs are pretty similar for centaurs, merpeople, and longears/satyrs/fauns (near the waist), but the centaurs must have needed to evolve a second ribcage and abdomen, a much longer spine, and all the organs to support them. And the imps and angels have their wings much higher than the other species have their central limbs. I call bullshit. That cannot be easy to evolve. Humans are more different from each other than any of our mammals are.

Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.
Just roll with it. While the author put a LOT of thought in trying to get all of these differing fantasy species in one place and have it make some sense, it's obviously not going to cover everything. The cute and fluffy kind of grinds to a halt if you devote too much thought to it.
so... the mermaids' legs are separated until around knee level, then they merge into one tail? it's a somewhat weird evolutionary path, isn't it?
There's no Part 1, I just thought it was funny at the time.So we have a new chapter, and it looks like we'll be using the magazine raws from now on after this chapter. Hmm, what do we have this time?
Discussion on the UFO spotted the other chapter, as well as a little bit on the Serpentines, and their odd place even in the already-mixed world that Hime lives in (like commenting on how weird it was that cold-blooded reptile folk like them could live in ANTARCTICA of all places). And yet more poking at the fact that yes, Nozomi is the daughter of a famous martial arts school.
The climax of the chapter is, of course, the new transfer student to Hime's class. Which is, you guessed it, a Serpentine.

Wait a minute, "secret neo-nazi weapon"?
So in this universe the neo-nazis are actually dabbling in the old nazis' technological race instead of just skinhead punks beating up homosexuals/jews (or rather centaurs, in that world's case) on the streets?
EDIT: And the Aztecs still exist? Wow.

Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.Chapter 15: Cutest chapter ever!!! That Security Cling...I hope Sasasul-san becomes part of Hime-chan's group from now on!
So if Antarcticans don't chew their food...and can't swallow things whole...what and how in the heck do they eat? Little pre-cut pieces of food?
Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.A lot of large Real Life reptiles bite off chunks and swallow those without chewing, so probably something like that.
Chapter 16: Wow, serpantines are pretty complex...I still don't understand them.
Loves feel-good animation a whole lot. It's pretty much an exposition dump on the Serpentines. It's informative, but the chapter itself is also kind of short.
Chapter 17.
Ya know, oddest thing for me is for some reason the fact that serpentines have snake like body except for arms and legs
A good part of this chapter was pure and unadulterated weapons-grade cuteness. Also it answers the question on just HOW a centaur can put on a swimsuit (as Hime's cousin demonstrates).
You know, the more I see Manami and her sisters, the more I'm convinced that she's either a saint, or on the knife's edge of losing it.
Swimsuit chapter!
The best character is everyone.
Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.New chapter. This time, it's a family trip to the hometown of Hime's family... and we find out that Hime really IS part of an old family. Literally. Like the area where the town was built on was actually theirs at one point in time, and even then they apparently still own a huge chunk of the surrounding countryside. And they have this huge old-style mansion too. Makes sense, I think, since there's more than enough hints that Hime's family is a samurai family.
The weird thing is though is the revelation that Shino's mom... is actually the younger sister of Hime's dad. Which makes her talk earlier about how it's not fair for Hime's family to be an "elite" family seem weird, as she's technically the third daughter of an old line.
Another good chapter. The best part was playing princesses at the very end. Shino is nice enough to take turns being the princess. Such a perfect child.
Loves feel-good animation a whole lot.
The thing is, centaurs really don't have anatomy like a horse's, despite looking like them. They don't seem to eat more than any other race, for example. And they can use regular toilets without...I'll stop there.
A radioactive meteor? Air pollution resulting from a massive volcanic eruption? Brother–Sister Incest?
