I honestly have no idea. I have the opposite problem there's plenty of movies I'm interested in seeing (yes even bad ones like Battleship or Transformers but not Twilight..no just no) but I just have the chance to see only a couple in theatres and then wait for the DVD for rental or just download.
I'd like to hear which movies you don't have an interest in though.

"Hundreds of Channels and Nothing to Watch" Syndrome?
Dunno. The only solutions I can think of for this are:
- Don't decide to watch any particular movie. Turn your tv to a random movie channel, let it run, and hope the movie is something that rekindles your interest. Unless it's a movie with a premise I actively dislike (or a movie I've already seen and don't want to see again), this always works for me, but I have to wrestle with the impulse to actively change the channel to something specific.
- Take a break from movies, tv, etc. After a while, watch something you've always enjoyed. Ease yourself back in. Should bring your interest back.

"The difference between reality and fiction is that fiction has to make sense." - Tom Clancy, paraphrasing Mark Twain. There's nothing wrong with you. Do something that's not watching a movie.
I'm not overly interested in watching loads of films either. Not being an obsessive crazy person isn't a bad thing, you know.
'All he needs is for somebody to throw handgrenades at him for the rest of his life...'That's exactly who I used to be,I'm still picky but I can be swayed a lot easier these days.
Just type a movie in that you get recommended on this site, look at the tropes and reviews, the more appealing, try it out. If it sucks, congratulations one genre taken away
It's how I decided to give No Country For Old Men and It and show wise Digimon Savers
@ OP: Absolutely nothing is wrong with you. If Hollywood can't make a movie that can capture your attention, that's their fault, not yours. If you're still bored and want some entertainment, just try something else instead.
Personally, I rarely ever watch TV shows unless I'm watching with someone else.

@OP - Your face.
In a more serious note, as some already mentioned, I don't see anything particularly wrong with you. For example, there are tons of comics but hardly anything interests me.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel.@op, I agree with
There is nowt at all wrong with you, mate.
Nowt?
Insert witty and clever quip here. My page, as the database hates my handle.Nowt is a Yorkshire dialect word for nothing. And since Yorkshire folks are Scots with an identity crisis, () I stole it.
Nowt. It definitely goes in my vocab inventory.
I'm a (socialist) professional writer serializing a WWII alternate history webnovel. As a dumb American, that works for me!
Insert witty and clever quip here. My page, as the database hates my handle. Also, it's pronounced 'naught'.
In case anyone makes the same mistake I did and think it was pronounced like it's spelled.
I'm much more inclined to watch a TV show then a movie. Like with Netflix I keep going for the TV shows.
I would say it's because I can't keep focused for longer than an hour, but I usually end up watching four episodes of something in a row. I don't know.
DumboI usually read books or watch movies if they're referenced in something else I've seen. But I still have quite a backlog.
I'm a skeptical squirrelI don't think Hollywood's coming out with a lot of good movies lately, that's all.
I liked it better when Questionable Casting was called WTH Casting Agencyx4 It really isn't pronounced 'naught'. I live in Lancashire and am assuming it is the same in Yorkshire, but we pronounce it as written, to rhyme with out/shout etc.
Edit: Just looked it up on Wikipedia, apparently it's pronounced differently in the Midlands, so that may be where you're getting your alternative from.

Yeah, Midlanders are weird like that, 8-)
In Scotland, Yorkshire and Lancashire, you say it like it is spelled.
The Midlands? Do they speak English in the Midlands?
What do they make of Hovis, the bread with nowt taken out?

'All he needs is for somebody to throw handgrenades at him for the rest of his life...'The Kiwis who say it must have Midland ancestry.
And no, there aren't a whole lot of good movies to watch.
I definitely do watch movies (at the cinemas) for spectacle over plot though. Pretty frequently, at that.
@op: WMG: tvtropes ruined your life
Zillions and zillions of movies, so many ways to see them.
And yet, not a single one sounds interesting enough to warrant me trying it. What is wrong with me?
