So we got another Delgo on our hands. After watching it on a stream, I can say it's definitely much more entertaining then Delgo though.

Foodfight is basically Who Framed Roger Rabbit with advertising mascots. And it stars Charlie Sheen as a talking dog. Originally planned to have been released in 2003 or 2005, it got delayed further when all the harddrives containing the files were stolen and they had to start over on a much lower budget. The results are So Bad, It's Good.

Funny I heard about this a while back. I didn't think it would actually get made.

Hey, I saw that livestream too!

And I have to say, the trailer doesn't do the movie justice. It's much worse, it's something you have to see to believe. Everything in this movie was done with Motion-Capture, the animation-quality literally gets worse with each scene, and don't get me started on the story. There's actually plush toys for this movie too, which you can sometimes find in crane machines.

[up][up] I actually had the Charlie Sheen Dog claw machine toy. May or may not have Goodwill'd it as a thought it was just a generic Indiana Jones furry.

Oh my. I heard about this before, but I thought it was forever shelved. And would you believe there exists an earlier trailer with even worse animation? Also, when this comes out on video, I'll be sad if Rifftrax doesn't release a riff of this.

That must have been the pre-"harddrives were stolen" version. Sunshine's eyes are a lot less creepy in that.

Are we sure we're watching the same production team that also did the amazingly detailed animation of Hero Factory? (and yes, I am aware that HF was outsourced, but remember that they were still the producers)

Because if it is, I think my eyes died a little.

I actually went out of my way to see this one.

Oh dear Lord, I do hope Christopher Lloyd did his own motion capture for this movie. His character acts like he's being continuously electrocuted.

And the theme of the movie is, I sh*t you not, that when a product loses its mascot it loses its "soul".

[up] Huh, it's kinda like the "die in another game, die for real" concept in Wreck It Ralph. Only really stupid.

Anyone know where I can watch this trainwreck? This seems ripe for Snark Bait!

Just finished watching it and WOW. It really is something to behold. Nothing makes sense, plot points come right the hell out of no where, the animation is almost Video Brinquedo levels of horrifying and the dialogue is pure insanity. Best line in the whole thing: "I'm not gonna be puppy whipped, you cold farted itch!" Don't worry, it makes even less sense in context.

After Charlie Sheen started WINNING, I doubt this film will ever be respected, along with every other bad sign about it.

Lasted only one minute before switching it off. Jesus, not sure if Charlie is winning if he's stuck to shit like this.

It got a 3.1 iMDB rating and received unanimously negative reviews from critics and audiences. Anyone up for posting this late-term abortion on the Western Animation section of the So Bad, It's Horrible page?

[up] You sure? I found it hard to hate such incompetence (Yes, I saw it).

I mean between the cheap mo-capped CG, heavy handed overtones of murder, homosexuality and sexism, awkward writing and characters that sound literally phoned in. I can't help but laugh at the end result.

EDIT: I just finished watching the old trailer. It looks better, but not by much.

Umm...I'm not the only one who enjoys this, right? I mean, between the cheap mo-capped CG, heavy handed overtones of murder, homosexuality and sexism, awkward writing, and characters that sound literally phoned in, this film can't be anything but hilarious.

Dayum that Charlie Sheen dog xD

The problem with putting it on either of the Horrible pages is that it really is just so bad that it's divisive. Either people laugh at the horribleness or just can't take it.

Also, none of the popular reviewers have tackled it yet, but The Annotated Series have taken a shot at it.
