BASIC CONCEPT

The three worlds remain in balance. The World of the Past (Memoria), the world of the Present (Iam), and the World of the Future (Vetustas) all remain in balance. They're held together by the Twelve Dragons belonging to three of the different worlds.

• Memoria: Fire, Water, Wind and Earth.
• Iam: Time, Luck, Dark and Light.
• Vetustas: Hope, Courage, Love and Desire

However, now, there are forces that threaten the three worlds and its balance. As each world becomes aware of the other, there will be people that discover the secrets that lie beyond the creation and more.

THE WORLDS

• Going from world to world: The only way to have, say, Cloud go to Memoria would be use of one of the four towers located in that world.
• Memoria: This is a world where magic and fantastic species roam! This is a place where dreams come true! The location of each tower in Memoria is quite publicly known since magic is known. All magic here uses the innate power of the world provided by the towers known as Mana. ALL MAGIC uses it in some way, shape, or form. (Mana is in all living things, it serves as a soul, so to speak.) Medieval times for the... well, time frame.
• Iam: A world where magic exists, but it's mostly on the down low. Modern luxuries like cars, refrigerators, internet and cable exist! The existence of each tower here is a bit messy. They're quite hidden, but some people do know of their existence (mostly people that are in the circle of magical knowledge). (Mana is still around, but not as prominent as in Memoria) Time frame is 2000s.
• Vetustas: THE FUTURE. Super science, magi-tech, magic and espers, the whole nine-yards! This is more or less like a sci-fi/fantasy blend business here. Things like Guilty Gear, Blaz Blue, they're present. Then the heavy sci-fi hitters are here too. If you want a time frame, think 2200s, maybe?

NOTE: There are multiple versions of each plane that accompany different forms of life. This will probably be fleshed out the more time goes by.

THE CATALYSTS

Catalysts are people that, for some reason or another, have the ability to activate the towers upon touch. They're a key element in getting the towers to actually get up and run.

These can be original characters or canon ones with (obviously) altered backgrounds.

THE RP

Alright, down to the nitty gritty. Canon welding is when you take one franchise and weld it to the current world so the backstories line up. At least, that's the definition for this. This is a crossover RP (as stated in the OP) and each of the three worlds are not past versions of each others world. They're alternate versions of each world. Now, I'll be judging each entry on a case-by-case basis. Now, let's get to the sign up sheet:

•Personality: A kind killer. Very friendly if you're not either a target or attempting to kill her or one of her few friends. Likes pasta.

•Abilities: Takes Improbable Aiming Skills to a whole new level. Can fire in two different directions, with two different guns; with her eyes closed and hit both targets. Is also unable to die; as injuries that should be fatal to her heal up rather quickly.

•Bio: Madlax-spoilers ahead: Was actually created from Margaret Burton's will to survive; in order to kill Margaret's Brainwashed and Crazy father. For most of her life, she grew up in Gazth-Sonica with no memory of the incident; and eventually became a mercenary. Eventually reunited with Margaret Burton; found out the truth about her past, and defeated Enfant. Then went back to being a mercenary.

• Universe of Origin: To Aru Majutsu No Index
• World: Vetustas
• Name: Accelerator
• Species: Human/Esper/ Artificial Angel
• Age: 17
• Gender: Male
• Appearance: One of his less scary faces.◊
• Personality: Accelerator is abrasive and crude, his speech and violent mannerisms masking the verifiable genius beneath. He tends to judge others harshly, and has a very black and white view of the world, separating people into "heroes" and "villains", formerly considering himself the latter (and in a very self-deprecative way). Nowadays, he's resolved to change himself, and is trying to atone for his past sins so he can live in the world of the light. Doesn't mean he's going to be any nicer about it though. 
• Abilities: 
  • Vector Manipulation: Accelerator's unique esper power, Vector Change, creates a thin AIM Field around him which allows him to manipulate the vectors of anything he touches. This ability is automatic, meaning bullets and explosives have no effect on him, even if he is unaware of their presence. It is also incredibly versatile, having demonstrated the capability to reflect incoming projectiles, adjust velocity and direction, reflect ultraviolet rays, and even adjust the temperature of objects. However, due to brain damage Accelerator suffered due to a stray bullet, he had to be hooked up to the MISAKA Network to maintain his former capabilities. While the clone neural network restored his language capabilities and at least half of his former calculation abilities, he can now only activate his abilities for a maximum of thirty total minutes a day.
  • Awakening: Accelerator is capable, under certain circumstances, of entering a state called Awakening. When Awakened, Accelerator temporarily ascends in power to the rank of Artificial Angel. In this state, he no longer requires the MISAKA Network to function, and his ability to manipulate vectors is amplified. Now he can control "imaginary vectors", meaning he no longer needs to be touching a vector to control it, and can create vectors which don't obey the laws of physics. However, this state is temporary, and can't be entered at will, only appearing during times of great duress. Also, depending on Accelerator's mental state at the time, be it agitated or serene, he may lose control, and enter a berserker state where he has no conscious control, and his wings, which he normally sport a white color while Awakened, turn black.
  • Firearms Expertise: Accelerator has shown extreme proficiency with firearms. He is capable of finishing a round of practice in 70 seconds, and can reload one handed in under two seconds. He is also extremely accurate, and can further improve this accuracy by shooting himself and redirecting the bullet. It is for this reason Accelerator carries a 9mm handgun on his person at all times, and prefers to rely on it when possible.
  • Genius: While his... abrasive and crude personality may obscure it, Accelerator is a technical and mathematical genius, on par with a supercomputer in terms of calculation ability.
• Bio: One of many Espers created as part of a government program (or however we can excuse the existence of Academy City in this setting), Accelerator has spent most of his life thinking himself invincible. That is until a traumatic brain injury brought him down a few notches. Now he's learning to adjust, and trying to turn over a new leaf to atone for certain past... mistakes.

• Name: The Boss (Real name witheld)
• Species: Human
• Age: Late 20's/early 30's
• Gender: Female
• Appearance: Standing at six feet tall, The Boss is an intimidating figure. She has long hair dyed purple and bright green eyes. The Boss wears purple-lens sunglasses, a silver amulet, a black trenchcoat, a purple shirt, and black leather pants, as well as black boots with purple laces. Her figure is athletic and busty, and she is not someone to be messed with.
• Personality: A Heroic Sociopath and all around badass, The Boss is someone you don't mess with. She is fiercely loyal and protective of her homies, and merciless to her enemies. The Boss is also a bit of a party girl and a Depraved Bisexual.
• Abilities: The Boss has the abilities of a normal human, although she has combat experience from her time in the Third Street Saints. She is also armed to the teeth with the following weapons...
  • Shepherd .45 Pistol: A semi-automatic pistol that fires a .45 ACP round and holds 8 rounds
  • Tombstone 12 Gauge: A pistol-grip, pump-action shotgun
  • Katana: A sword from Medieval Japan
  • AR-55 Assault Rifle: A fully automatic tactical assault rifle, chambered in 55.6mm rounds.
• Bio: Born in Stilwater, Michigan, in 1988, The Boss grew up in the poor neighborhoods of Stilwater. In 2006, she was caught up in a drive-by shooting. She narrowly escaped with her life thanks to the help of the Third Street Saints, a small-time street gang in Stilwater's historic district. Quickly rising through the ranks of the gang, she was trusted with the assassination of an alderman, which resulted in The Boss getting caught in a boat explosion and falling into a coma. Three years later, she was comatose and incarcerated in Stilwater Prison. Awaking from her coma, she busted out of jail and escaped into the city, finding her gang disbanded. Deciding to rebuild the Third Street Saints, she recruited old homies Johnny Gat and Carlos Mendoza before recruiting new homies to help her reclaim Third Street. By the end of 2009, The Saints controlled Stilwater, having eliminated three other rival gangs and merging with the Ultor Corporation.

In the late 2010's, the Third Street Saints moved their operations from Stilwater, Michigan, to Steelport, Pennsylvania. Once more, the Saints became supreme rulers of Steelport as well as their home city of Stilwater.

Now The Boss is seeking to take over other cities as well and make the Saints into an N.G.O. Superpower.

• Universe of Origin: Team Fortress 2
• World: Iam
• Name: The Pyro (real name unknown)
• Species: Pyro
• Age: Unknown
• Gender: A matter of hot debate
• Appearance: "MMMMMMPH!"◊
• Personality: Nobody knows because no one's ever talked to him/her. All that most people know about the Pyro is the obvious. S/he likes to burn things. A lot.
• Abilities: Unpredictability, unintelligibility, and a love for all things fire related. Has an abnormally high tolerance for pain, and has Terminator levels of endurance, having shown on multiple occasions the ability to walk off extended bursts of mid-range minigun fire. Comes equipped with the following fun toys:
  • Flamethrower: The basic model. Good for burning things. Can fire a blast of compressed air which can deflect larger projectiles like grenades, rockets, and the occasional flying bottle of pee.
  • Backburner: Flamethrower 2.0. Good for burning things harder. In addition to burning with a much more flammable and fast acting fuel, the Backburner also possesses the ability to airblast, although at a higher cost due to the air/fuel ratio differing between the two models.
  • Degreaser: Flamethrower 3.0. Good for burning things and not burning things. The Degreaser's fuel is less flammable than the original models, meaning it takes longer to burn a man to death with it. However, in exchange, the air/fuel ratio in this model is higher than in the original, meaning more airblasts can be performed consecutively, increasing versatility.
  • Shotgun: It's your standard 12-guage sawed-off. What more could you want?
  • Flaregun: A flaregun. Good for burning things at non-flamethrower ranges. Also, consecutive hits to a person already on fire will create a special reaction within the fuel which creates a small explosive reaction.
  • Fireaxe: Stop, drop, and roll, motherfucker.
• Bio: A man/woman of mystery, nothing is known about the Pyro, not even what their face looks like or what their gender is. Most people, being extremely disturbed by the "mumbling abomination", tend to just hire him/her and not ask questions, especially when a target needs a... special touch.

• Universe of Origin: Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha
• World: Vetustas
• Name: Amitie Florian
• Species: Gears
• Age: 17
• Gender: Female
• Appearance: BRAVERY 100%!! I'm ready to go!!!◊
• Personality: Hotblooded and determined. Even if her efforts are proven futile, she will never even so much as think about giving up. She believes she can overcome every obstacle with pure guts and will. In this way, she's considered a bit of an idiot by her more level headed and cynical younger sister.
• Abilities: As a Gear, an android created by Dr. Florian, she is stronger and faster than your average human. Her main mode of attacking is her Variant Zapper which has the ability to take three different forms. The first form is dual pistols that fire magical blasts, the second form is gunblade that works as both a melee weapon and a long range weapon, and the final form is a claymore.
• Bio: An android created by Dr. Grant Florian along with her sister Kyrie. Unlike most robots, she has the ability to age and grow like a human. Over the years, the Doctor grew sicker and sicker, eventually dying. This left the Florian sisters alone and distraught. They soon found the resolution to fulfill their father's wish of improving the world they live in for the better. So, the sisters sought out the Book of Darkness. Little did they know that the Materials had already been released from the book and causing trouble for all those around. After they finally found the Materials, they joined forces to release U-D from the Book of Darkness. This was a fatal mistake, however, as U-D was uncontrollable and destructive. By putting their powers together, the Florians and the Materials were able to defeat U-D and bring her back to her senses as well as recover her memory of being Yuri Eberwein.

• World: Vetustas
• Name: Yuri Eberwein
• Species: Human/
• Age: Appears to be no older than 9
• Gender: Female
• Appearance: Passion, guts, burning feelings! With all these things Amita taught me, I'll keep on doing my best!◊
• Personality: Usually a polite and soft spoken girl, she has a surprising hot blooded and stubborn streak in her. Many has said this was because of Amita's influence though she herself believes that was something she had in her all along. She is kind to everyone she meets but she has a particular softness for her dear Materials.
• Abilities: Yuri has a device called Soul Wings that takes the form of a red mist that floats behind her and has the appearance of wings. This device as the ability to take solid form and move at her will. For instance, it can become a large clawed hand and swipe at the opponent.
  • Ancient Matrix
• Bio: Once a human sealed inside the Book of Darkness to be it's core programming, Yuri was recently released and saved by the Florian sisters and her Materials. Now she works with the Florian sisters to help improve the world for all it's inhabitants.

• World: Iam
• Name: Firo Prochainezo
• Species: Human
• Age: Appears to be 18
• Gender: Male
• Appearance: "He looks main character-ish!"◊
• Personality: While Firo is a friendly sort of guy, he is considerably bold, not worried about the impressions he leaves with others. He simply acts like himself. He's street smart and a bit cocky, never looking for a fight but still managing to find them anyway.
• Abilities: There's seemingly nothing special about the guy, he's good in a brawl and knows how to use firearms, but that can be said for the majority of the human population. What's special about this young man is that he's completely immortal. No matter how many times you kill him, he'll eventually regenerate. Only a fellow immortal can kill him for good and that is by absorbing him completely into themselves.
• Bio: Once your average young man, part of the Martillo Family, he one day mistook an elixir to grant immortality for alcohol. That was 70 years ago. While no longer a member of the Martillo family, as mobs became less prominent as time passed by, he still keeps close ties with them. Now he just lives his immortal life to the fullest, using the experience her gained not only from 70 years of life, but also from the one immortal he absorbed into himself.

• Appearance: Biribiri◊
• Personality: Mikoto is more than just your typical tsundere. The reason she acts the way she does is to push people away from her affairs. She doesn't want to burden others with her own problems, so she goes out of her way to take care of them herself. She won't acknowledge that needs help from others without a bit of a forceful hand. On the off-side, her tsundere tendencies come up in her personal life. She doesn't like close contact with other people, and if you involve one of her many sisters in something, she'll come to kick your ass. Despite her short-temper and her pride, she has a few insecurities people don't know about. Mikoto is easy to get along with and mostly friendly with other people.
• Abilities: Mikoto's powers are largely based on the fact she can manipulate electromagnetic waves. A list of said abilities can be found here.
• Bio: A powerful Esper that lives in Academy City and attends school at Academy City. She was Lv.5 Esper used for the Level 6 Esper project in order to allow Accelerator to become the strongest Esper in Academy City. Now that the event is over, she's returned to her normal life with all of her insecurities in tact.

• Species: Human

• Gender: Female
• Appearance: "I'll grind you to DUST!◊
• Personality: Angela is a hot-head, to put it lightly. She has a vague sense of idealism that basically amounts to "IF I DON'T LIKE IT, I'M GOING TO KILL IT." Her morals are also self-serving, changing with the time and the place. One moment, she'll protect an old lady. The next, she'll mug her if it suits her needs. Terribly eccentric, loud-mouthed, and a bit of a brat.
• Abilities:
  • Catalyst: Angela is capable of using the towers to move from one plane/world to the next without delay.
  • Crater Dragon Ax: A weapon carved from the bone of a large dragon that once roamed the land of Memoria. Said dragon is said to be that of the Earth. Once the ax is swung down, it breaks into the Earth, shattering it in eight different directions! You really don't want to know what happens when it comes in contact with a person. (Eight way bisection!)
  • Potions: Angela has great knowledge of potions and nature. However, this is only present in Memoria. In foreign worlds like Iam and Vetustas, this ability is close to worthless.
• Bio: A girl born and raised in the Iveland tribe and raised on their ideals to protect the land and their people. Angela, once coming of the age to think for herself, she moved out and away to find her own life. She found a famous alchemist, whom she stayed with for four months. Angel learned of medicine and the world, plus applying some knowledge of her own tribe helped. Soon after, she met a blacksmith whom she learned how to fight from. More time passed, and now she's traveling the land once more, in search of the Tower of the Water Dragon.

• Species: Dog-Human (?)

• Appearance: "LET'S GO, HERO!"◊, "I-I'm awake..."◊
• Personality: Millhi is always kind and compassionate to those she meets. She tries to be the nice person and is taken aback when antagonized. When her hand is forced, she can be stern, hold her ground and tell you what for. Although, that part of the princess is hardly seen. She's usually her soft-spoken and kind self a majority of the time.
• Abilities:
  • Holy Sword Exceleed: One of the two Holy Swords passed through the Biscotti Royal family. However, it's true power has yet to reveal itself.
  • Catalyst: She's capable of accessing the power of the Tower to utilize a summoning ritual, etc.
• Bio: The Princess of the Republic of Biscotti and a friend of Leomitchelle, the Princess of the neighboring country of Galette. She's lead a pretty normal life, or rather a normal life by royalty's standards.

• Species: Fox God
• Age: 150+
• Gender: Female
• Appearance: "YUKIKAZE STYLE: FOOT TO ASS, ONESHOT TO THE MOON!"◊
• Personality: Yukikaze is kind, eccentric and talkative. She's also the type to cuddle one while they're asleep, or maybe she does that subconciously? Some think it's the latter. She shows respect to her lady Brioche d'Arquien, since they've had so much history together.
• Abilities: Yukikaze takes advantage of her agile movements in battle, along with various weapons like her bare fists, a dagger, a bow, ninja shurikens and more. She can also use her magic to assist in her movement (Performing a great jump, increasing her speed, etc.) She can also manipulate life force and energy to increase the power of her attacks (such as a powerful kick that blasts someone into the air, etc). Going full speed also looks as though she is teleporting!
• Bio: A young girl who's mother died thanks a to a demon attack. She was taken in by Brioche and the two traveled together. Eventually, they formed a pair of Demon Hunters. Through out their journey they came across the kingdom of Biscotti, and now they call that place their home.

• Name: Emiya Shirou
• Species: Human
• Age: 17
• Gender: Male
• Appearance: "I DON'T JUST WANT TO BE A HERO, I'M GOING TO BECOME ONE!"
• Personality: A very straight-forward and idealistic boy who feels his only purpose in life is to save others, and that the act of saving a life is a reward in and of itself. Although his behavior is self-destructive, he'll stick to it resolutely, as he believes even though his is a borrowed ideal, it is an admirable one, and worth striving towards. Is probably the most stubborn and determined person you will ever meet in your life time, and demonstrates a fantastic aptitude for cooking and housework.
• Abilities:
  • Avalon: Shirou unknowingly has planted within him the scabbard of King Arthur's fabled sword, Excalibur. The scabbard conveys immortality upon the wielder, and can offer limited regenerative power to survive normally fatal wounds. While in his home world it's inactive, while summoned in Memoria, the overwhelming presence of mana emanating from the tower as well as the mana saturating the atmosphere provide enough juice to kickstart it.
  • Unlimited Blade Works: Shirou's own personal magic which he uses as the new hero of Flonyard. It allows him to project, well, unlimited blades, either as melee weapons or projectiles to skewer his opponents. He can also project weapons with specific, beneficial effects like Caliburn. However, these require a bit more energy and focus, and are usually finishing moves against higher-level opponents.
• Bio: A boy with dreams of becoming a superhero to live up to his father's borrowed ideal. And boooooy is he stubborn about it. However, he finally gets his chance when summoned from the present world of Iam to the past Memoria to serve as the hero of the country Biscotti, a fantasy-like realm he thought could only exist in stories.

•World: Vetustas

•Name: Kinnikuman

•Species: Alien; humanoid.

•Age: Somewhere in his twenties

•Gender: male

•Appearance: "I won't even need the push of my farts!"◊

•Personality: Though he can still occasionally show signs of selfishness and cowardice; he's much more willing to jump into the ring with a dangerous opponent now; and much less likely to run away from a fight. His greatest fear is going back to being the cowardly loser he once was.

•Abilities: Has abilities similar to Ultraman; including a giant form and a "kinniku-Beam" that utterly destroyed his opponents. He doesn't use these abilities much anymore; howevver. Nowadays he prefers to fight his battles with over the top wrestling moves that occasionally defy the laws of physics themselves.

•Bio: Was once an unloved, cowardly chojin before he won the Chojin Olympics; and defeated many opponents including the Devil Chojin themselves. Just recently defeated the Devil Knights.

• World: Memoria
• Name: Black☆Star
• Species: Human
• Age: Undetermined (Probably early teens, maybe preteen)
• Gender: Male
• Appearance: The biggest guy around!◊
• Personality: He believes himself to be the biggest star there is, and that everyone loves him and envies him. Or at least, that's what he would have everyone believe. But it's by believing himself to be incapable of losing and by believing that he will even surpass God that he becomes even more powerful. Worth mentioning that he's a nice guy with a good heart, usually. However, he will never hold back anything with anyone regardless of circumstances, making him someone that's difficult to spar with, and someone who can be a bit harsh sometimes.
• Abilities: He can make use of "Soul Force", a power that allows him to force his soul through an opponent for devastating amounts of damage with his punches. He is an expert in martial arts and general combat, having a spotless streak of wins against his classmates for a long time in just general fights. His endurance, speed, stamina, agility, and strength are such that he is a force to be reckoned with. He technically has great skill at stealth and assassination, but due to his arrogance, he will often reveal himself before he can do anything. While fast and agile already, he has a move called "Speed☆Star", that allows him to move at speeds unseeable, to the point that he appears to be making mass amounts of clones of himself.
  • While he's incredibly tough on his own, he becomes even more capable in combat when using Tsubaki, his partner and weapon. Her powers will be described in more detail in her own profile, but they include becoming a variety of weapons and manipulating shadows.
• Bio: A student of the "Death Weapon Meister Academy" in Death City (Ignore the Nevada part since this is Memoria). Coming to DWMA, Black Star found Tsubaki and the two of them became partners and friends instantly.
  • Going a bit deeper, his family past is that of the "Star Clan", a group of assassins hated around the world for their tendency to kill many people. Despite being called assassins, they acted somewhat more like a powerful core of bandits.

• Universe of Origin: Soul Eater
• World: Memoria
• Name: Tsubaki Nakatsukasa
• Species: Demon Shadow Weapon (Human born with the ability to turn into a weapon; it's a Bloodline thing)
• Age: Undetermined (Early twenties, late teens? Guess)
• Gender: Female
• Appearance: Right!◊
• Personality: A shy and withdrawn girl most of the time, generally not speaking much. She doesn't need to, really, since she agrees to everything Black Star says and Black Star TALKS A LOT. She will, however, on occasion, tell Black Star when he's being stupid, but this is rare. She's kind to everyone except her enemies, who tend to be monsters or horrible villains.
• Abilities: She can turn into a series of useful ninja weapons, including: Chain Scythe (Kusarigama), Ninja Sword, Shuriken, and finally Smoke Bomb. However, after a certain point, she obtains new weapon forms, all of which spawn from a single weapon form. They are: First, Second, third, fourth, and finally Zeroth. While using any of these abilities, Black Star has control of his own shadow as a weapon that can shoot out like tentacles to pierce through foes.
  • If necessary, I can put time limits on all of the spoilered abilities for the sake of fairness. But only if you say it's necessary, as he actually manages to get to the point where he uses Zeroth to walk around. He seriously has a HUGE FRICKING TON of stamina.
• Bio: Upon arriving at DWMA, Tsubaki became fast friends with Black Star after seeing his gloating and being the only one paying attention to him. She comes from a fairly troubled background, though her parents themselves are simply expecting of her, not exactly harsh. Her brother Masamune, however, became a mass murderer when he inherited his weapon form, and when she finally faces him, all the truth comes out about her past.

• Personality: Cheerful, fun loving and always looking out for others, especially his friends, Yugo serves as the idealistic young boy. He can get hot headed at times though.
• Abilities: As an Eliatrope, Yugo can summon portals any place at any time, which he can use for quick escapes, traveling high places, and sneak attacks. He can also blast powerful beams from the portals he summons. He's also surprisingly fast and agile for a kid his age.
• Bio: Found in a cradle in the village of Emelka by his adoptive father Alibert, Yugo spends most of his life working at his inn, where he serves as an expert cook. After a chance encounter with Nox, a time mage, he is told that his real family can be found somewhere out there in the World of Twelve. After this incident, Yugo leaves Emelka with a party of 4 on a quest to find his real family.

• Personality: A proud, hot tempered girl who is determined to uphold her duties as a knight and protect everyone she can. She is a smart girl who learns quickly from her mistakes. She's friendly to everyone she meets and is the type to treat even a demon weapon like Aria like a person and best friend.
• Abilities: While a skilled swordsman and excellent leader, her true strength lies in her willpower and the Demon Sword Aria◊. The Demon Sword spends most of her time in human form but by chanting "Shake off your slumber. Seize upon the truth. Take the wind in hand and kill God", she becomes a sword that Cecily can wield. This sword as a special ability to control the wind and Cecily knows of various ways to use it to her advantage. She can slice and pierce opponents with the wind and use the wind to propel herself forward at great speeds.
• Bio: The only daughter of the late Sir Campbell, she is the official head of her family and as such took it upon herself to become a knight to uphold the honor of the Campbell family name. She recently came across a young black smith wielding a sword she had never seen before. Determined to have him make her a sword just like it, she often drops by to prove her worth for owning such a sword while hoping to get enough money for it. Though, that seemed to be forgotten as she had been given the duty of protecting Aria and they soon became fast friends and partners. But that never stopped her from pestering that black smith, if only because she considers him and his assistant, her friends.

• Personality: A small girl devoid of worry and, for the lack of a better term, angst. She doesn't worry so much about the future and lives in the now. Nanoha never gives up, no matter how bad the situation gets. She prefers to be called by her first name to emphasize her friendliness toward other people, even strangers. One thing that pisses her off is when you hurt her friends. Don't do it unless you want a large, pink beam of death staring you in the face.
• Abilities: Whoo boy, where to begin. Nanoha has the Intelligent Device titled Raising Heart. It allows her to transform and don the barrier jacket (as seen in the pic above).
  • Barrier Jacket: The jacket itself consists of multiple layers of barriers and defensive fields that can protect the bearer from most attacks. The user can also forcibly dispell a Barrier Jacket to protect themselves against a powerful attack.
  • Modes
    • Sacred Mode: An improved version of Nanoha's Barrier Jacket. It includes Field Generators on the shoulders, gloves and other defensive enhancements. The older incarnations of Nanoha have more modes, but as a child she's restricted to a single one.
  • Magic: Nanoha is a adept with different kinds of magic. She has spells that bind the opponent, spells that launch orbs that home in on the target and, of course, her signature move Divine Buster which takes the form of a large, pink beam that obliterates the target (even though it's non-lethal unless stated otherwise) and so much more.
• Bio: A girl who fought to protect the world from the Jewel Seed incident. Now she's returned to her normal life in the world of Vetustas.

• Appearance: suit◊. His face for reference purposes◊ due to poor image quality, I'll just say that he has cold green eyes and short, neat brown hair.
• Personality: As cold and hard as a pillar of ice, Volkov is a Consummate Professional of the highest degree; having no time or space in his tiny, hardened heart for things like friendship or romance; due to having such things stamped out of him by both his experiences in fighting the Forever War of the starcraft verse and brain implants that also suppress a few of his psychic powers. Oddly enough, he is quite idealistic; having ended up in this whole mess due to him believing that he is meant for something greater than being a living weapon for a (self-admittedly) oppressive and totalitarian government.
• Abilities:
  • Catalyst: He can not only sense where the exact location of where the closest deactivated tower is, but also has a passing, instinctual knowledge of what said tower will do when activated.
  • Heightened sight and hearing: Provided by his suit. Maximum of x40 zoom and can hear two people having a casual conversation for as far as 200 meters.
  • Enhancement of physical attributes: Also provided by the suit, but in times of peril, he can push his attributes to superhuman levels for about 10 seconds by expending a great amount psionic energy; leaving him fatigued and vulnerable afterwards.
  • NBC protection: His suit has enough oxygen for 3 hours in vacuum and has an oxygen filter that can allow him to breathe in tainted air with no ill effects almost indefinitely.
  • C-10 25mm Caninster rifle: A high-power sniper rifle/man-portable autocannon that can put a round dead center of a human target 2.8 miles away with perfect accuracy along with having rounds that are perfectly capable of punching through 50mm of steel plate.
  • A large amount of high-explosives: He can give these things proximity, remote or timed fuses. And combined with his black-ops backround, he uses these things liberally and proficiently.
  • A combat knife and a Gauss pistol: Self-explanatory, but his gauss pistol has rounds more than capable of punching through brick walls.
  • Psychic radar: The ability to sense and follow the presence of other psychics as far away as 4 miles. But in order to make this power not-useless, it can also pick up the signatures of magic-users like witches or wizards.
  • Sixth sense: A psychic power that provides very heightened instinct that allows Volkov to literally detect danger moments before it happens and without even having to look at it.
  • Invisibility: He can turn himself invisible to naked eyes with the help of his suit and a bit of his psionic power. Although he will still be visible to beings with the equipment and senses strong enough to defeat the stealth, like other psychics or machines with high-power thermal vison for instance. Maximum of 5 minutes of invisibility and requires 30 minutes of recharge time when used in 5 full minutes.
• Bio: Much of Volkov's early life is a Military secret of the highest order, but what is known is that he had been "enlisted" into the Terran Ghost program at the age of 14 years old and only graduated 6 years later, already half-broken by sadistic instructors and amoral scientists. For the next 24 years, he fought and killed the enemies of the Terran Confederacy and when his old masters were violently replaced by the more brutal yet subtle Terran Dominion just a few years ago, he was not at all fazed by the changing of the guard for he saw it was just more of the same. But during a routine patrol, he felt something call for him, a voice warm, kind and wise; (One of the dragons) and when he gave a reply to the voice, it told him what he had been believing in for several years now: That he had a special destiny that goes beyond the endless wars and petty politicking of the Terran dominion. Unable to resist the allure of making a difference and wanting to be something more than a living weapon, he followed the source and then he somehow woke up in the middle of a field of wildflowers with absolutely no recollection of how he had ended up in such a place save for following the voice's source...
