The looks are a bit stereotypical for a villain and villainous child-stealers are WAYY overdone, so I'd say no.
Reality and the existence thereof hinges upon the future of mankind and bacteriakindYes. They clearly evil incarnate.
I vowed, and so did you: Beyond this wall- we would make it through.A sympathetic villain most likely.
"Shake the dust." - Anis MojganiA distinguished Blood Knight.
Look upon my R.O.U.S., ye mighty, and despair!Nah. Maybe two Anti Heroes, but not villains.

"All worlds begin in darkness and all so end. The heart is no different."-AnsemProbably not, Dante's too cool to be evil.
TV Tropes's No. 1 bread themed lesbian. she/her, fae/faerit would make a good vilain in a Pedo Hunt story.
Yes. He'd be a psycho too.
Theres sex and death and human grime in monochrome for one thin dime and at least the trains all run on time but they dont go anywhere.Doesn't look like one, so nah.
grahI can imagine him as a villain, just not a very interesting one.
'It's gonna rain!'Good villain, but in an extremely lame setting. Even a Psycho for Hire can't do much when he needs tracks to move.
Look upon my R.O.U.S., ye mighty, and despair!I guess.
"All worlds begin in darkness and all so end. The heart is no different."-AnsemGood looks, a blood colored tattoo, fancy black threads. Yep.
I vowed, and so did you: Beyond this wall- we would make it through.Yes, because everyone knows Dark Is Evil.

Your mind is a software. Program it. Your body is a shell. Change it. Death is a disease. Cure it. Extinction is approaching. Fight it.Yep they would be good in it!
Punchclock Description is quite good description, but obliviousness isn't.
