I'd suggest changing Rape Is Okay When Its Female On Male for Rape Double Standard, because that's kinda what it is.

@NDC: There's a special efforts thread focused on renaming some of the Rape Tropes, and I'm pretty sure Double Standard Rape is what they ended up using.

Um, excuse me: Is there another Special Efforts thread, or are all of the efforts concentrated on the Rape Tropes ATM?

There's this thread that is working on the actual clean up of the renamed tropes.

Rape Tropes seem to be the exact opposite of an ATM right now

This thread isn't about the fora and sub-fora, is it?

I'm mainly a forum guy, too, but we all need to acknowledge that things might become so bad that we can't continue to host the fora, and if that happens, one must ask oneself if the Wiki is good enough that they wanna stay for it even if the fora aren't around.

I'll certainly hang around for the Wiki; it's still the main point of this site, even if I spend 90% of my time here in the fora.

I've found most tropes being added or repaired comes out of someone noticing something in one of the non-worshops forums first.

Main reason I'm worried about the fora is We Are All Pokemon Trainers, and a couple of the other waapters already have archives and contingency plans for the RP.

Well those are probably the tropes you notice. Eddie has the exact stats, but my understanding is that a majority of Wiki edits are done by people who never visit the fora, and out of the contributors who have the most edits, most don't post in the fora except in IP and TRS and possibly Wiki Talk.

My experience (just from what O Ps say) is that most TRS threads don't originate on any other forum, and when they do it's usually Image Pickin' or Trope Talk. Very rarely does a thread come from outside Wiki and Forums.

Isn't that where 90% of our bad edits come from too. People who just grab a user name and add stuff in without reading the rules or thinking.
