Probably because if he had a full time job there's no way he could spend so much time getting up to hijinks with his harem without being fired.
It also might be a Japanese cultural thing, where somebody his age wouldn't generally be expected to have a full time job anyway.
Reaction Image RepositoryWeird that he doesn't have a single friend. Theres nothing obviously wrong with him after all.
Cause truth be told if I was in his situation, I would most likely go crazy if I didn't have a friend & confidant to hang out with.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."To be fair, in the latest chapter, it was mentioned that the girls actually arranges themselves for having something to do on days, with Kimihito is absent. From house.
We can assume he either do some works or catching up with studies, now with his money problem are mostly solved off (gee, thanks Ms. Smith).
Also, some people can get away with minimal contact with other people. They tend to be antisocial bunch, but it's exist.
Kimihito is college-aged, I think (he technically lives with his parents), but I'm also not sure what the weekly hour threshold is for part-time (baito) or full-time (shigoto) work in Japan. It could be that anything that isn't considered a 'career' is considered a part-time or temporary job (which would be baito regardless of hours worked).
It's been fun.For a while I was pretty sure chapter 11 shows Kimihito at work, that he was the clerk being held hostage in the doujin shop. Looking at it again, the hair on that guy looks spiky in a way that doesn't fit Darling. He's definitely mentioned a job now and then, though.
@slimcoder Me too. I thank God for getting good people in my job.
@R Bomber Minimal contact, yes. But not inexistent contact. Again, I was super happy for Snek getting a job.
RealidadeI would laugh my head off if it turns out that Miia makes more than he does.
I kind of hope that the girls (or at least one of the girls) crash at his job after he gets dragged in for overtime or something.
Reaction Image RepositoryIt was interesting that when Miia got the job that it apparently pays well.
You wouldn't think entry-level shrining would come with a robust paycheck.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersPays well in relationship to what is the main question. It also might be that she's paid out of shrine donations rather than a flat wage, so she gets an extra cut of the donations since she's the one bringing so many people in.
Reaction Image RepositoryI always thought that Darling was a chef in training, given that he seems to be quite good at making food and also somewhat serious about it not being wasted, given that the omake were Lala plays with her dinner is the one of the few times he's been rightfully pissed.
Actually, him being a cook/ apprentice chef makes too much sense from every perspective. Him (and in extension, his tenant) being friendly with morning market trader makes very much sense if he was their longtime customer. His allusion on Engel Coefficient also points on him being familiar with cashier/ management stuff... or that he's a economic student. Though personally, I tend to think he's good at housecaring stuff by necessity (we never saw his parents, after all).
So I only just yesterday read chapter 43 and all I can say is that that is not how you milk a snake!
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!Miia doesn't even have venom, she's a constrictor-type.

How do you know that lamias aren't venomous constrictors?
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus. You know, now I want for an Echidna to appear in the series just so that she can ask someone to milk her and them misinterpreting what she means by that.

Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!I want bee-girls. A whole hive of them, just to see how their eusocial structure works.
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.I'm actually in Japan right now, so I'll need to get Gekkan Comic Ryu while I'm here. Maybe I <3 Monster Girl as well.
It's been fun.Funny you mention that. Recently I have gone to a park here in Rio de Janeiro with a "nature track of honey" only with hives with brazilian bees. The funny thing about those species is that they don't have stingers, (unfortunately they only make on average less than 1% of the honey of an afro-european bee makes in the same time). Still their honey is said to be quite good.
And others.

RealidadeMushroom Samba chapter
Thread 144370263 Post 144384683
Rachnera is always awesome, you hush.
It's been fun.So photos of Chp. 45 came out and it's a Rpg Episode, or better a shared hallucination caused by the spores of the Matango/Mushroom girl. It's quite cute and we get to see more new outfits. Also it's interesting that the immigration process is touched upon a little more.
The chapter pretty much confirms that not even these girls are actually evil (big surprise there), but there's still the last one (Dullahan? Vampire?) so who knows. Also Mero built basically a second house in a cave right below Darling House...isn't that a bit dangerous? The chapter ends with the girls thinking that they have to stop MON before they unleash a Zombie Apocalypse. A lesbian Zombie Apocalypse.
"Effective Altruism" is just another bunch of horsesh*t.And now I wait for it to be posted somewhere where I can read it.

The economy?
(Or maybe he's a college student? I kind of find it hard to believe considering how much free time he has)
