Yes.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. Why so?

somethingBecause the majority of the users here are English-speakers and readers, and that's the way we read in English. This isn't Anime Tropes wiki.
"Did anybody invent this stuff on purpose?" - Phillip Marlowe on tequila, Finger Man by Raymond Chandler. This isn't a manga and English reads left to right. Flip is to avoid confusing 99.9% of readers to please the 0.1% who would notice.

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. But,official translations of manga, and even some OEL Manga are right-to-left, no? I mean, right-to-left will show that the picture wasn't originally in English.

somethingAnd this isn't an official translation of manga.

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Official or not, that's how translations are made. At least it'd be clear that the image is translated.
Also, by "this", you mean what, exactly?

somethingBy "this" I mean This Wiki.
You are talking about preserving the original artistic vision or something. It's a page image for an article.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. No, I'm talking about making it clear that the image is a translation, and not the original page.

somethingThat doesn't matter at all.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan. But, wouldn't that be misleading somehow?
somethingNo. Not flipping it would be more misleading, given that 99.9% of readers would read it wrong. Besides, who cares if it is? Could be totally made-up "translations" for a joke or something. But that probably wouldn't have consensus.

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Lies, Damned Lies, and Statistics much? And if there is the possibility that the translation is made up, shouldn't there be something to show that the image was not originally in English?

somethingYep the number is made-up. It's probably also conservative, I am guessing there are fewer than 1 in 1000 visitors who not only read manga but do so regularly enough to read the image "correctly" within the first half-dozen attempts. Maybe that is a gross underestimate. It doesn't really matter. It would be confusing to a greater portion, to please a smaller portion, for no reason.
"And if there is the possibility that the translation is made up, shouldn't there be something to show that the image was not originally in English?"
Why?

Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.I don't think anybody needs to read manga regularly to know that Japanese and related languages are read right-to-left. And, well, I was mainly thinking we should be absolutely clear on everything.
somethingWhy?!
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Okay, how about we flip the article image, but include the original, fullsized, uncropped, unflipped image in the Image Links page?
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus. That's a fine idea.
Becky: Who are you? The Mysterious Stranger: An angel. Huck: What's your name? The Mysterious Stranger: Satan.Yeah, if something ever happens, the image won't get lost. Maybe that's just Crazy-Prepared, but not a bad idea.
somethingGood. Final time: All in agreement on using this (flipped) pic and caption?
EDIT: How come the caption doesn't align correctly on the forum?

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus. The flipped pic is up, potholed, and tagged, and the original version and the old pic are on the Image Links page, with the latter marked as a possible spoiler. Now, my question is, is the original version of the new pic linked to a still art or the actual doujinshi? If it's the latter, I think it should be marked as potentially NSFW.
Still art. It's a standalone omake artwork before the doujinshi proper, for pure comedy factor (and maybe foreshadowing the character's Hidden Buxom status in the doujinshi).

Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.Cool, thanks. Locking up.
Does it really need to be flipped?
Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus.
