General Page Quote Discussion:

I think the Dreyfuss "art is suffering" quote specification fits Mad Artist rather than a CM sub-page, but it's got a more visceral feel than any of the other suggestions I guess I can upvote Dreyfuss'.

Likewise supporting Dreyfuss for the same reasons as Starkrafty, though Tenpenny and Hertz's quotes are also fine IMO.

Honestly I support Tenpenny’s quote more, as it has a very menacing amount towards it.

Also, just to add onto the quote on Niko to Rascalov, I wanna amend it by adding in the first things he said to him just for further context:

My only problem with Tenpenny's is that it is just him threatening the protagonist and is him saying standard villain stuff to do said threatening. I love the character and he is definitely the most iconic keeper, but the quote lacks a little heft to sell the complete monster part personally. I feel like Dreyfuss' while not idea comes the closest to that of the GTA quotes. That said I still like the Tenpenny quote and would be okay with it being used. This is just my personal opinion.

That feels more like Chronic Backstabbing Disorder personally.

I'm personally a No to Dreyfuss's quote, myself. It's pretty vague Mad Artist rambling with only one mention of a woman dying and how it is delivering "truth" to the masses, it's pretty lax. I think the above Dimitri, Tenpenny, or even Avon quotes get the point of "evil villain doing evil things" across much better.

Here's some more options, from one of the lesser-known villains, Marty Jay Williams:

Mary-Jo: That animal...he's gonna do something wicked to her! That monster, Marty! He said he's gonna turn her out!
Vic: Jesus...his own wife!
Louise: I ain't gonna be your whore, Marty!
Marty: If you're gonna act like a whore, you're gonna be one! You're gonna earn your keep, girl! And you're gonna like it!

Or:

Marty: Bitch! Get your sorry ass out here! I thought I told you to clean this shit up?!
Louise: Marty, Mary-Beth's been sick.
Marty: Don't be using that baby as an excuse, Louise, 'cause I'll hit her as well as you!...Damn it, woman, if you dress like a whore, I'm gonna turn you out!
Louise: I was doing my aerobics! For crying out loud, give me a break!
Marty: I will: a broken fucking neck! You watch your mouth in my goddamn house! If you don't shut that baby up, I will! You better watch your mouth, tramp, or I'll knock them teeth out!

Honestly, I think I prefer the second Marty one the best. It only mentions one victim, but it screams irredeemable the most.

I have an issue with the quote for Wacky Racing. It actually describes the page image specifically and not the trope in general. A variation of it was the caption for the page image until last September when when Lapsem changed it. I can't find discussion on the Caption thread where that was okayed, though, so it seems to have been done unilaterally.

Any thoughts on this?

I'm positive this was brought up before.

I don't see any reason not to turn the current quote into a caption, and leaving the page quoteless until we find something appropriate.

I suspect it was made up for this wiki, as the only results when I search it are for TV Tropes pages.

x 4 Agree on simply turning the Wacky Racing quote into a caption.

The current on Brains Evil, Brawn Good really only describes someone who is smart but frail, having to rely on a pothole to establish that the character is evil. There is also no brawny good guy involved in this one. I propose to swap it out for the Megamind quote below, which involves both a brainy bad guy and a strong good guy.
