You summon Drodo and Tim to land a punch on some dude. Not as effective at it should be.

THE 1000-DEMON ULTIMATE HELLCANON SUPREME

Summon from the fiery pits of hell the damned and their torturers' power into the palm of your hand. Allow the the immense hell-power to seep through your body and into your soul wherein it will briefly corrupt you and turn you into a demon. A large blast obliterates all enemies within your view and leaves a waking hellfire that will not go down.

Apparently, an attack in which you do a frontflip, land on your head, get kicked into the wall behind you, and miss out on the rest of the fight on account of being concussed. (Ninja'd, but hey, that works too.)

(No magic or powers; if it's a strategic/creative use of powers that the user is assumed to already have, then fine.)

You produce a camera and yell "Candid Camera Shot!!!!!!!". Target is now nude, and has to make a will save or suffer 2d6 rounds of Embarrassment.

Summons a giant pachinko ball and punches it towards an enemy, has a 1 in 6 chance of VICTORY!!!, doing triple damage and stunning the foe.

Forbidden technique! Transcending fate!

What you do is, you get yourself "fated" to do something (via a very convoluted and drawn-out spell ritual that rather looks like one-player pattycake), and when the ritual is finished, you do the exact opposite thing. It's forbidden because if it works, it can permanently screw up the physics, logic, timeline, and who-knows-what-else of the surrounding area. It's like a causality nuke.

The Rollercopter.

Summon a crashing helicopter to land on your enemy

M012 "Armageddon" Rifle

You shout the name of a fictional gun at someone. This is largely ineffective. However, if you had a gun and knew that we had a thread for that, if would be rather effective.

Super WAAAAAGH Beam

You shout hoarsely at the enemy. It doesn't have much effect either, except upon especially timid enemies.

An evasive maneuver that immediately and quickly segues into a counter-attack.

Wheels of Steel.

You summon eight to twelve deadly circular blades that move a lot like wheels. They can be used to ward off attacks by circling you, or they can be launched at your opponent in rapid succession.

A defensive maneuver, consisting solely of keeping one's body in front of someone else until enemy fire brings you down.

The moeblob bull rush.

A desperation move that grants a werewolf a massive speed and strength boost but also reduces it's defense. But having a Werewolf move as fast as Accel Form Faiz yet hit as hard as SaGoZo OOO is of little comfort.

A particularly feared sword technique which is a deadly energy slash delivered at very high speed, capable of slicing right through armor (hence the name, which means "iron cutting sword"). Masters of the technique have been known to cleave fully-armored opponents in half with a single blow.

An optical illusion, produced through a combination of smoke, mirrors, and well placed light-sources, that make it appear as if one is on fire. Effective intimidation tactic.

The chakran mind-splice (tenth degree).

A difficult psychic technique that involves the folding over of two people's minds ten times, invented in ancient times in what is now called Bangkok.

(Google + "chakran" = gay saunas in Bangkok; no other results. :S Okay...?)

Uh... I think you have the format of this game backwards. Your description has nothing to do with either flagpoles or kicking.
