• Personality: Akuma's alignment is Lawful Evil, but he borders on Blue-and-Orange Morality. He believes that his training is fundamental to improve as a warrior. He seeks the maximum power he can possibly have, and if that requires he embrace an overwhelming desire to win every battle, so be it. He will not challenge someone unless they are of equal or greater power and at full strength. He also rarely kills, only doing so if he is in a fair fight, the opponent cheats, or the opponent is interfering with his training. Thus, according to his warrior's code, slaying his mentor and nearly doing so to his brother were not evil acts.
• Mooks: Akuma's army will comprise of Shotoclones like himself who embrace the Satsu no Hadou. He will start with lookalikes of various Shotoclones from differing fighting games, but as he fights, he will gain more by recruiting those he defeats. The rest of the army will then teach the recruit how to use the Hadouken, Shoryuken, and Hurricane Kick. Depending on what the Mook is based on or what universe he or she was recruited from, their powers will have differing elemental attunements.

@Adannor: Akuma will be aware of Bison's existence, but the same will not be true in reverse. Akuma sank the island before Super Street Fighter II Turbo, which was when he did an Instant Hell Murder on Bison, nearly killing him (it's a complicated thing as to how Bison survived). Also, the teleportation-as-Flash Step thing is exactly what I was thinking.

As well, I'd like a little more information about his powers - I'm not 100% convinced that he isn't overpowered, but Adannor's allayed my fears somewhat.

Well, I identified the island punching strength and the 100% invincibility as problems, but Adannor has assured me that the latter would be for a flash step style move, and that other characters have island destroying power. Would you say that's accurate, or...?

Yes and yes. Akuma won't be able to teleport very far. In fact, he wouldn't even if he could because it goes against his moral code.

Ah, okay, cool. One last question - I assume that he'd get back up to that level of strength around the same time as everybody is approaching (or at) Nomad level power?

Yes. Mind you, the growth would be gradual, so while he's only bending iron at first, he'll get progressively stronger. He won't be sinking islands and doing Instant Hell Murders until he's Nomad level.

@Theory on Bison's resurrection: The psycho power Bison has cultivated to the point where, even if he was killed, he can easily body surf into another ready body. This is why he had his organization, Shadowloo, to create empty clones for him. This is how he manages to reappear in Street Fight 2 and 4.

However, after Akuma killed Bison, the Dictator's soul was sent to Hell. By then, the Psycho Power was at this point at a power level where it allowed Bison's soul to crawl out of Hell itself and return to the land of the living. This, however, left Bison spiritually weakened, and if he was ever hit by Akuma's Raging Demon again, he'll be dead PERMANENTLY.

That theory is So Cool Its Awesome.

I'll go get rid of Sektor. I was thinking of having Bison finish off Sektor, but seeing as he isn't here, I'll see if I can't get anyone else to finish him.

Actually, Street Fighter II was the weakest he had been. Street Fighter IV Bison is actually slightly stronger than that, though not as strong as he was in Street Fighter Alpha.

Bison in Street Fighter Alpha is canonically on par with Gill, Oro, and Akuma, being one of the most powerful fighters in the series.

I could finish off Sektor.
