The spirit bomb doesn't work on people with a pure heart and/or absurd amounts of strength, both of which Superman possesses in spades. That and a long charge time make it inadvisable for use in 1 on 1 fight. Also, Goku isn't western animation.

We can use anime characters. Basically, at least one of the combatants has to be a character from a Western Cartoon or been adapted into a Western Cartoon like Superman or Batman
Also, I don't know either of the combatants.

Rick. He's surprisingly agile for old guy compared to Farnsworth who barely moves. That and he's faster and more willing to kill people.
