They are identical mechanics, though. Maybe there would be two different kinds of it on the lumped page: Tactical and Elemental.

Look at the size of both pages. Lumping would serve only to make one humongous page (nearly 500 lines long (and each individual example counts as a "line", by the way — most of the examples take up 2 to 4 actual lines on the screen) to no real purpose.
