Really though. The man made Metal Gear Solid.... whatever they bailed out on better have been an obvious train wreck. Kojima deserves the chance to make something that isn't MGS and he also deserves the benefit of the doubt.
Expect more MG S2s and 4s.

I feel for this situation, not for the game (because I couldn't care less about a "mystery game" I have no information about being cancelled), but because yet again we get a man who's proven time and time again he's a genius of storytelling being shot down by some higher up, and all his effort thrown to the wayside. Damn.

Rare's been reduced to that, Kayeka. Now all they can do is... make Kinect games, or if they're lucky, Banjo Kazooie. So many good choices, like Killer Instinct(YMMV, but a revival wouldn't be a bad idea)
Anyway, I certainly hope that they only cancelled the game because it actually sucked ass. And it better be a lot of it, because even some mediocre games have those who liked them.
