Cutting the main page: Incest Yay

Couldn't we just get it's content normally restored, and then redirect it, or custom title it, reformat it, or whatever? It would be easier than to collect fragments from all over the histories.

Wayback machine gives us this. Imperfect, and the description needs cleanup, but better than trying to manually reconstruct from the histories.

Although I thought the mods had a cache of the cut or something. If they could weigh in that would be great.

It's already been said before, with Fast Eddie himself being the ultimate source, that cut pages are not purged, but rather locked and the content being made invisible to anyone outside the staff (or Eddie alone; I don't think that little tidbit was clarified).

Mods can't view cut pages—that's an Admin thing.

So should we alert The Quick Man Named Eduardo in regard to this?

That's not very helpful, it's from before the split, half of those examples were already moved to Incest Yay Shipping that they are.

So has anyone asked Fast Eddie if he'll restore it under Incestuous Subtext? Wouldn't hold my breath if I were you. We're more likely to see Ho Yay and Les Yay cut because someone objects to "celebrating the homosexual agenda". Surprised it hasn't happened already.

Why not just call it Sibling Yay? Bro Yay and Sis Yay were redirects before it was cut, plus its not sounding like its celebrating incest like Eddie said.

Because it ignores other kinds of incest, not the least of which is Parental Incest.

Or Uncles and Aunts hitting on nieces and nephews is also very common in fiction.
