That was.. a lovely reveal. Wow everyone acted so well in this. This was great.
Other notes:
This would be the first ep where we haven't seen Dana or Tom. I'm especially curious to see what would happen when they find out about Zack's dad. Dana only knows him as the producer of [citation needed] while Tom must've met him when he forced Zack to join Echo Chamber. Which now makes me remember Episode 2, where Dana visited Tom and Zack shortly before they met Ace/Stephen and Zack said goodbye to his Dad which meant Dana must've seen him from behind. Yeah I'm otherthinking this.
Also Zack still manages to crack one about Gaelyn's boobs after all the drama. His dad manages to agree .
Great music, plenty of drama stirring up...poor Dave.
I'll try to review all four episodes next Sunday.

I like how Dave The Sound Guy has the clearest sound.
"Never let the truth get in the way of a good story." TwitterSo... this was probably the greatest episode ever, so far. I don't know, it just clicked with me, and it was shot great. And yeah, the Dave audio gag was pretty clever.
the statement above is falseYou're not overthinking it.
Dana never met Mark, although if she'd rounded the corner in The Ace, she would have. Canonically, it was her watching the video at the beginning of Always Someone Better, when his face pops up. Dana only knows Mark as the Director of Transmedia. Tom has in fact met him, but always pauses Citation Needed before the credits come up. Tom knows him only as Zack's dad. Zack is perfectly aware that his dad does Citation Needed, but Zack is incapable of realizing this is worth noticing.
Poor Dave the sound guy.
A little late in the season but, what happened to the captions? The previous season had captions and the credits says "Captions by:" also sometimes is difficult to hear what it is said so the captions would really help.
The captions actually can't get made until after the upload. We have captions on You Tube through episodes 5 or 6, I think. She's working on them for the whole season.
Oh, ok. Then I will rewatch them in some days if I can't hear something
Well you can tell this will get complicated.
Dramatic irony!
-suitable dramatic flourish-
I wonder what will happen once they put all the pieces together.
My little brother called it:
It only makes sense that a counter-attack will be in place.

And Zack ocassionally reminds us that all these interpersonal squabbles and heartfelt moments are in fact being filmed at all times.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersI was waiting for someone to call Zack/Gaelyn out during the date scene.
"Never let the truth get in the way of a good story." TwitterNice use of which bits are and aren't scored — the silence at a key line was perfect! I much preferred this episode to the previous one or two.
That was the amazing part. Things just keep going. And no shoehorned in Title Drop! Which is good. I always cringe when the episode stops for a moment so they can squeeze the name of the trope in there.
Maybe you'd be less disappointed if you stopped expecting things to be Carmen Sandiego movies.Never felt like that to me. Probably helps that I'm used to reading trope titles like they're common English phrases.
This "faculty lot" you speak of sounds like a place of great power...Well that was pretty good. This week was fine time of serious eps. With the reveal of Zack's Dad and Dana finally leaving [citation needed] after realising it wasn't really worth it. I almost kinda hoped Tom would say "I told you so" but he was still nice enough. As for Dana agreeing with Zack to go swinging well that was just hilarious.
Next week is probably gonna get big.
Unfortunately, I don't think I can get myself to write the review for this week's episodes.
I don't get it. How does this video depict Broken Ace?
Because The Ace is revealed to be kind of a jerk.
Which one's The Ace again?
Steven the host of [citation needed] who's character's name is Ace.
I also heard an interesting theory that along with Stephen, Dana is a Broken Ace. After all she is the most competent member of Echo Chamber and knowing that by the end of the episode the new show she works for doesn't need her at all to work and was only hired because Stephen wanted to date her.
Yeah. I think that's a Broken Ace there.
"Coming of Age Story" is posted.
Goal: Clear, Concise and Witty
Goodness. Badgers.
