Glasses Are For Geeks, maybe? Though that could easily get confused with Nerd Glasses, so probably not.
Did you check the wicks and examples for misuse?
Rhymes with "Protracted."Glasses Make You Geeky is fine with me.

That's seven correct uses (and two unknown) out of 25 (which is everything besides indices and troper pages). I think that's a bad enough ratio to qualify as a problem.
Thank you for doing a wick check. I think with that kind of misuse it definitely needs a rename.
The suggested name Glasses Make You Geeky isn't a bad name, but part of this trope is that at the end the character learns the lesson that glasses are okay and don't make you geeky, and that title doesn't really reflect that part of the trope. Glasses Make You Geeky sounds like it could mean The Glasses Gotta Go.
Four Eyes is free as a title.
Rhymes with "Protracted."Two Eyes Good Four Eyes Bad is a redirect. What about that title?
That's more of a stock insult and not really this trope. It would make a good trope for the stock phrase, but it's not this one.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickThat was the title of its original YKTTW.
Rhymes with "Protracted."Just changing it to Geeky Glasses Plot would be an improvement. Really I think the title needs to in some way reference that it is about a stock plot and not about a character or a particular kind of eyewear.

I looked up the archived YKTTW discussion and it says that the working title was Geeky Glasses Plot and there is no indication as to why it was changed when it was launched. Maybe an system or troper error of some sort caused the last word of the title of deleted.
Despite what the title may indicate, this trope is not about Nerd Glasses, but about the stock plot where a character doesn't want to get glasses because he/she thinks they will look geeky. I think we need to rename it to indicate that this is about the plot, not the object. We could rename it Geeky Glasses Plot, but there is probably a better name out there. The usage counts are fairly low so renaming shouldn't be a problem.
