• Basic:
  • Name: Mizuki (surname) Yui (given)
  • City: Imaizumi
  • Age: 17
  • Gender: Female
  • Appearance: Tall, somewhat model-esque looks. A single forelock of her otherwise normal-colored (If anime hair colors are in effect, dark green, otherwise, well, black) is dyed light pink. If her hair is ever tied back, the pink is always left in the front.
  • Personality: To put it colloquially, she firmly believes that she is all that and two bags of chips, and thus acts with absolute confidence. That's not to say she is a mean person, however and can be very kind, in her own way. Yui is an idol singer who is ending her current tour in Imaizami. Though she still enjoys the job, she has become somewhat jaded recently, as the the more famous she got, the less creative control she had over what she sang. She has also been a magical girl for a long time (at least a year or two), which of course coincided with the start of her singing career.

• Magical Girl:
  • Wish: "I want people to hear my songs."
  • Wish derived special ability: She can share and transfer strong emotions through song. This is her primary method of fighting witches, somewhat combining The Power of Rock with Revive Kills Zombie.
  • Weapon: A cord with microphones on either side. Can be used as a weighted whip, but again, her real weapon is the Power of Rock, so this is mainly for restraining things or sweeping mooks aside. The microphones are also used in her literal dancing out of the way of attacks.
  • Magical Girl Costume: "Why would I only have one costume? Each performance should be unique, shouldn't it?" That said, she has a default.◊ Note: Just the outfit, hair color n' stuff is the same unless explicitly noted.
  • Other: Has had an abnormally long lifespan as a Magical Girl, which probably hasn't gone unnoticed by Kyuubee. Her soul gem just doesn't seem to diminish as quickly over time (sometimes at all) compared to most others. If Kyuubee doesn't understand why (his level understanding I'll leave up to you, daltar), it's very clearly The Power of Rock. I figured this somewhat made sense, considering the fact that apparently emotions are capable of stopping heat death, a passionate song could probably keep the soul of one girl burning a bit longer than normal. My guess is that Kyuubee would be more curious at this point than anything, one girl not turning into a witch is an interesting anomaly, and not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. She can still help in the harvest stage after all.

It's like Megumi Kazue turned inside out! Miss Kazue has the Make Me Wanna Shout and Musical Assassin thing, to contrast that we have Yui singing witches to death.

Also, if someone heavily dislikes Yui Sakakibara's songs, you might not want to click on any of my intended singing potholes.

I think it would be better if you signed up for Fujiwara; they're hurting on players right now.

Since it seems Maria Holic has signed up and then promptly forgotten about this RP, I don't have a problem. I was originally just trying to keep the two idol singers from directly clashing too early.

• Wish: To be noticed
• Wish-derived Special Ability: Whenever she lands an attack, a magic flash of light occurs where she dealt the blow (think fighting games and the like). As such, if she constantly hits the opponent, the flashes of light can cause disorientation. She can sacrifice her weapon for a really bright explosion that, while it doesn't hurt too much, can distract and impair vision a lot. Even if Witches don't have eyes, the abrupt and sudden bursts of magic can still have an effect on their senses.
• Weapon: A magician's wand (small, slightly larger than a hand, black, with a white tip) that can extend its length into a bo staff. Can weapon spam with its smaller forms. Favored finishing tactic is to take off her magician's hat and fire a large array of smaller wands, setting them all off to blind a Witch before going in for the kill with a bo staff blow.
• Costume: The classic black vested magician costume, complete with top hat. Difference being a skirt instead of pants. When transformed as such, she wears her hair in a long braid, with her Soul Gem attached at the end. Add frills where necessary.
• Other: Her wish to become noticeable allows her to change herself to look taller, bustier, closer to her age in appearance that before. Aside from changing her looks, it also changes her personality to be more confident and outspoken, though more likely to get angry and such as well. Also costs a bit of her soul gem's energy in order to maintain. Her soul gem before this transformation is sky blue: after transformation, it's ocean blue.

• Name: Kuro Saiko
• City: Fujiwara city
• Age: 16 (A few days away from 17)
• Gender: Female
• Appearance: Long black twin ponytail hairstyle. (Took me a while to find a pic of someone with the style I had in mind. Not exactly the one I imagined but close enough). Wears men's uniform◊ for school despite being a girl. Done by choice. 170cm tall and kinda flat chested.
• Personality: Saiko's mother, having rather strange hobbies, dressed Saiko up as a boy during her younger years. She continued doing this as Saiko grew up and it was only thanks to her father that she kept her long hair. Still, she got used to wearing men's clothing and continues to do so, considering it more comfortable than women's. She despises losing and whenever she fails at almost anything, she'll practice until she can succeed at it. That said, there's reasonable limit. Also, she is sane so she won't attempt anything she knows she can't do well.

What about the city (for Yui), is one side or the other really hurting for players?

• Personality: Arrogant and vicious; does NOT have a softer side - only an angrier side.
  • Backstory: Born and raised in a poor and homeless environment, not a lot of people were there to support Tomoko. Eventually, she had to learn to support herself, and thus stole whatever she could in order to survive. When Kyubey came to her offering her the powers of a Magical Girl, she couldn't help but accept. Slaying Witch after Witch, soon even violence wasn't out of the question if it meant pushing towards her goals. After learning the truth about Soul Gems and Witches, she refused to stop living - if anything, it strengthened her resolve to do whatever it takes to keep going, even if it meant other magical girls had to take the fall...

• Wish: To be able to take anything she wants.
• Wish derived special ability: The ability to turn invisible. Extends to her weapons and whatever else she can carry on her; loses its effect once she's out of contact with an object.
• Weapon: A black scythe. Can weapon spam.
• Magical Girl Costume: Black rags that, when taken as a whole, make her appear as a Grim Reaper. Her Soul Gem rests on her forehead.

I'm debating taking the plunge and signing on to this despite knowing nothing about the series, assuming you're still taking characters.
