It seems pretty good at historical people (at least fairly well-known ones, haven't tried someone really obscure), characters from movies, television and anime etc. though out of the ones I've tried I have beaten it with some anime characters (even one that it knew), I guess I'll try some obscure movie next. But yeah, I'm overall impressed with how obscure characters it knows and how well it guesses them. It's fairly easy to beat with characters from litterature though, even sometimes with ones it knows, though there are quite a lot it doesn't seem to know either. I'm also not impressed by the fact that after it has made a wrong guess it starts to sometimes ask questions that you have already answered, or at least answered a more general from of. That seems like pretty wasteful questioning.

It took him three guesses to get Globox, but he got him.
Stumped him completely with Rosaleen.
Welcome To TV Tropes | How To Write An Example | Text-Formatting Rules | List Of Shows That Need Summary | TV Tropes Forum | Know The StaffI tried a character from an obscure film called Cyrus. Didn't recognize it. However, the first time I played it guessed Esther Greenwood from The Bell Jar on the first try. Surprised me because the questions seemed too vague.
Either way, I'm addicted to this thing. >>
Edit: It also guessed a character named Celine from another obscure film called Before Sunrise.

"Without a fairy, you're not even a real man!" ~ Mido from Ocarina of TimeSurprisingly, he didn't guess (current Doctor Who regular) Rory Williams. He did guess Jamie McCrimmon, John Hart from Torchwood and Ianto Jones, though.
Welcome To TV Tropes | How To Write An Example | Text-Formatting Rules | List Of Shows That Need Summary | TV Tropes Forum | Know The StaffIt managed to guess Milo Minderbinder. It first guessed Yossarian, and later Major Major Major Major, so it was on the right track. Then it asked if the character was involved with food in any way, and if they were rich. You can tell when it begins homing in on a specific answer.

You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique! He doesn't know about Henri Charrierre.
And neither does TV Tropes, apparently.

Warm hugs and morally questionable advice given here. Prosey BitchfestAnd indeed now, he is getting to Alex Mack pretty quickly.
Thats becaused i played her a couple of times. (This sounds slightly wrong...)
You lost!I've broke it a few times. Asking for Scottish historical persons seems like a good way to confuse the guy. Asking for really obscure historical characters also does it. (Try Suleiman of Rum.)

The term "Great Man" is disturbingly interchangeable with "mass murderer" in history books.I beat it with A, but the datebase only supports names over two letters.
EDIT: But it guessed Trope-tan! 144 people played her.

The term "Great Man" is disturbingly interchangeable with "mass murderer" in history books.I was able to stump it a few times. Really obscure characters are obviously the way to go.
You cannot firmly grasp the true form of Squidward's technique!Major characters can stump it too if they're from a relatively obscure work.
Apparently, Age Of Wonders Needs More Love.

Blind Final Fantasy 6 Let's PlayIt took about 30-40 questions but it managed to get Slenderman, Evan from Everyman Hybrid and a few characters from Marble Hornets
Disclaimer: If anyone disagrees with anything I say, I am quite prepared to not only retract it, but also to deny under oath I ever said it.
