Hey look!. Yu-Gi-Oh meets wrasslin'!Er..Well since I could use a fresh break form the meta..
They can't for the life of them understand why nobody liked being ruled by a group of manic depressive demigods - 4chanQuick note on the tournament; If you haven't re-rolled by the time the tournament fills up, then you won't be able to. There are only 16 decks to go around.
Hey look!. Yu-Gi-Oh meets wrasslin'!This duel was the most intense duel I've had in a while.◊
Stupid bloody Ophion... *grumble grumble*
“Not a promise, not an oath, or a malediction or a curse. Inevitable." - Taylor HebertMirror Force Dragon is deadly, but at the same time easy to get around.

Would change my user name but... Idk.You just need non-targeting removal, or a monster that's immune to effect destruction. On the other hand, if you have neither, there are issues.
Mirror Force Dragon does not negate, so you can throw away all your cards for a targeted destruction.
I'm surprised nobody's mentioned Fuzzy Lanius or Fluffal Mouse yet. They're both adorable.
“Not a promise, not an oath, or a malediction or a curse. Inevitable." - Taylor HebertAlso keep in mind that everybody and their cousin runs Breakthrough Skill. It can miss timing as well.
Mouse is high octane fuel for the OTK, and it's because of it that I might start running Toypot again. Fuzzy Lanius gives RR much needed options for Main Phase 1.
When's Singing Lanius though?
Wait for srs
Singing Lanius? Why do a bunch of the RRs have such cutesy names?

“Not a promise, not an oath, or a malediction or a curse. Inevitable." - Taylor HebertOkay, so the brackets for the tournament are ready, though they're based on deck and not duelist, so if someone chooses to re-roll their place will change. The brackets are, as of right now:
1. thestonedog78
2. Teh Stanman
3. Philosopher Stones
4. Gordion Knot
5. N/A
6. Tropay Xion
7. Starbound2
8. Mufasa 44

10. Evii Paladin
11. Krika
12. Razputin7
13. Thoerin
14. Major Fail 2275
15. N/A
16. Tojin
I might just use any extra decks myself since we're really close to having a full tournament, though it'd be best if we had a complete set without me (since I know all your decks more or less inside and out, and hope to be confirming decks made in rounds 2+). All we need is 3 or 4 more people by Sunday!

The tournament will be single elimination. Round 1 will consist of 8 duels (no matches). Feel free to take screenshots and PM them to me so I can post them at the end of the tournament. After a duel, report the result here in the thread. I will then PM the winner the loser's deck. Between Round 1 and Round 2, deck profiles must be PM'd to me. Round 2 will proceed as Round 1, with 4 single elimination duels.
Round 3 (Semi-Finals) is where things will get interesting. As before, decks must be submitted to me beforehand. However, unlike previous duels, the Semi-Finals will be open to public viewing if possible*. Knowledge of these duels will be considered open knowledge; it will be okay to discuss the decks used by each semi-finalist, etc. This is to encourage players to use multiple deck styles between the semi-finals and finals.
For the final round, the game will be played best two out of three match format, side-decking included. As with the Semi-Finals, games will be played open to viewing*. There will not be an official duel for 3rd place due to the nature of the tournament**. After this, screenshots will be posted of all decks used in the tournament, along with in-game screenshots.
Each round ends after 2 weeks, or after all duels are completed, whichever comes first. If a duel is incomplete at the end of 2 weeks, one duelist will be given a bye. If one duelist is at fault, their opponent will be given a bye; if not, the duelist more able to duel the next opponent will be given a bye. Otherwise, I guess it'll be a coinflip.
Toxic behavior will not be tolerated. Any reports of personal attacks will be taken seriously. After all, "The wiki is only interested in hosting a friendly, civil forum." We'll be primarily using Dueling Network for games, unless otherwise agreed upon by the two participants***, which also means starting April 1 all deck will need to be re-saved for the banlist update (friendly reminder!). As some people may not be familiar with DN's system, please be patient; however, I strongly advise anyone not comfortable with DN to familiarize yourself with it before participating in a tournament game.
Now, you have 336 hours to duel! Good luck, have fun, and play smart! I can't wait to see how this turns out!
- I fully expect this to fail miserably and nobody actually watch said matches. Still, if it is possible to set up the time for a duel in advance, please announce it here in this thread, and also on Reddit I guess.
- This is for a few reasons. One, there will only be so many combinations, and thus having a third place match before the final could inadvertently reveal cards the finalists were using. If we had the 3rd place match after the final, who cares at that point.
- With one notable exception; one duelist has a deck that is currently unavailable on DN. In the case that they are NOT added with the April banlist update, it would be great if their opponent could make accommodations to use another service.

Hey look!. Yu-Gi-Oh meets wrasslin'!Well, the real-life Mirror Force Dragon seems to have an easier-to-use effect than the anime version on YGOPRO.
The anime-version's effect required that the opponent had two or more monsters, one of which has equal or more ATK than MFD and the other(s) with less. Then when MFD and the stronger monster battle (either player's turn), the all the opponent's monsters are destroyed and the opponent takes battle damage equal to the combined difference between MFD and each of their weaker monster's ATK. Without damage calculation.
What was in your right hand is hope; And in another hand is something else to fade.It looks like some sort of old-school beatdown deck using a lot of "staples".
So the first game of the tournament, Evii Paladin v Comun, has been completed! In a tense duel between Comun's [REDACTED] deck and Evii's [REDACTED] deck, [REDACTED] then [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]! Finally, after both players revealed that they didn't read cards, Comun wiped out Evii's remaining 200 Life Points and claimed the victory for himself!
Comun advances to Round 2!
Hey look!. Yu-Gi-Oh meets wrasslin'!
I'd be up for that!
