Read about this in the paper the other day. First time in quite some time I've been interested in TV—though since I don't actually own a TV, and NBC doesn't put its shows online like Syfy does, I'm not sure how I'm going to get episodes. Anyone else psyched for this?

I'm just watching it for Summer Glau.

If I had a nickel for every film where Emma Stone falls off a balcony... I'd only have two nickels, but weird that there's two of them.

That did impact my decision to give the show a chance, I will admit.

Worst show of 2011, and it only took 9 days!

I'm actually considering a liveblog of this thing because it is just that hilariously awful.

Wait, Summer Glau is in it? Fuckin' sweet. I'll pirate it right away.

NBC doesn't put its shows online like Syfy does

Not on their site... but every NBC show (and every show on their subsidiaries) is on Hulu. The question will be whether you have to wait a day or a week to see the latest episode.

I enjoyed the premiere though. Not enough to make me like the show... but enough for me to give it 3-4 more weeks to keep me hooked.

Summer is really the only good thing about it.

Maybe it's a nickname, and his real name is 'Charles'.

Hmm? It's on NBC.Com here.

I'm glad they don't just put shows on Hulu, because I can watch NBC.com but not Hulu. (Certain Geoblock workaround).

Ask (or don't) and ye shall receive. Here's a liveblog. Let's see if it goes past 2 episodes.

Best new comedy of 2011 so far. Granted, there haven't been that many new comedies, or shows for that matter.

It means "Traveler" and originates from English. Also, it could be a nickname the parents have for the kid. He could be named Travis.

I watched the first hour. It all seemed to move so fast I don't know what I think of it.

Nor much of 2011 when you get down to it.

Every time I think the show is actually pretty decent, it does something completely ridiculous, inexplicable, and disbelief-suspending. I think I'll keep watching anyway.

From the trailers I saw it looks like a knock off of The Dark Knight.

Nope. Not even close. The only similarity is the costume. And cool black guy.

I don't find it extraordinary in either direction. Very cheesy (our page says it's camp?). Kinda boring.

I look at it this way: It's no sillier than any other comic book.

I actually like the cape for the reason it brings a comic book feel through it's many cliches, thus making it So bad it's good. It's not Heroes, but it could be a really cool tv show if done correctly.

I love the cape! Before I saw this, I was talking about how he was wearing impractical clothing for a super hero. The cape could get caught up in something, and the hood could be pulled down and distracting. Since it's being used as a tool and it has its length changing thing, it's grown on me.
