I don't cry at many things, but there are a few that, for whatever strange reason, have at least brought me to the edge:
- Alice In Chains, "Whale and Wasp"
- Angels Of Light, "Angels Of Light"
- Animal Collective, "Banshee Beat"
- Arcade Fire, "Neighborhood #1 (Tunnels)"
- Coil, "Batwings (A Limnal Hymn)"
- Colin Newman, "Alone"
- Current 93, "Sleep Has His House"
- Joy Division, "Ceremony"
- Radiohead, "Kid A"
- Sufjan Stevens, "Chicago"
- Swans, "The Sound"
- Throbbing Gristle, "Weeping"
- Wir, "Ticking Mouth"
- Xiu Xiu, "I Luv The Valley OH!"

I'll hide your name inside a word and paint your eyes with false perception.Normally I never cried when hearing a song, but this one by the Bosnian singer Mahir Burekovic which he made during the Yugoslav Wars did emotionally touch me.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AtImjSMGQ-M
Especially if you understand the Lyrics.
Title: My Song bring me back to Bosnia
I wish I would be there where my mother gave birth to me, That I return to my homeland the free Bosnia. The sad heart and sad soul write these sad songs, My mother, my mother, what have they done to us?
Ref.: My Song bring me back to Bosnia, There where my father and mother are, There where everything I cherish in this world is, My Bosnia I'll surrender you to no one! There where everything I cherish in this world is, My Bosnia I'll surrender you to no one!
I wish I was a bird, so that I could fly to my mother. I wish my Bosnia, to avenge you. I will at least manage to comfort myself a little, My Bosnia, my country, I'll die for you.
Ref.
I wish I wouldn't exist if I lose you. I wish my Bosnia to wake up with you. My heart is hurt but I breathe for you, My mother, my mother, what have they done to us?
Ref.
In the right context many of those Bosnian and Serbian war songs can be Tear Jerkers if not outright jarring when you are familiar with the situation back then.

Mama Tried - Merle Haggard. I'm not a country fan, but it was played at my grandma's funeral. Changed my perspective on the song.
When Somebody Loved Me - Sarah Mclaughlin. Damn you Pixar!
When We Die - Bowling For Soup
Wake Me Up When September Ends - Green Day
Far Away - Nickelback The video alone reduces me to a blubbering mess.

We're going to spread this shit like Nutella. To Drown by Agalloch.

Because of You, I forgot how tearjerking that one is. The video makes it even worse. [1]
We're going to spread this shit like Nutella.'Your Song' by Elton John and 'Renegade' by Thin Lizzy.
"You can only come to the morning through the shadows."Lullabies. Those are the only songs that can make me cry. Especially the ones from the "Lullabies of the World" animated shorts. They're just so beautiful! Each animation shows you the hopes and dreams people had for their children when they sung the lullaby. Even if you don't understand the language, you'll understand the song when you see the video.
Please don't feed the trolls!Objects in the Rear View Mirror May Appear Closer They Are. To this day I only need to hear those opening note and my eyes start to water. By the end of the first verse I have invariably broken down into a torrent of tears. If I ever get to the end of the song, I've become a quivering, tear-soaked wreck. And it's probably because of this that it's one of my favourite songs. Very few pieces of music can emotionally effect me as much as this one can.
Ugh, the “Blue” song from Raggedy Ann & Andy: An Animated Adventure. In fact, the whole character of the Camel With the Wrinkled Knees seems to have been scientifically designed to make the viewer cry buckets. Or slit your wrists in despair.
Confirmed Bachelors: the dramedy hit of 1883!Turn of a Friendly Card (Part 1)
Turn of a Friendly Card (Part 2)
This kinds of songs. People who lives have been ruined due to an addiction, always get to me.
Then there are Songs about War.
And the Band Played Waltzing Matilda
A Walk in the Light Green (I Was Only 19)
Get me every time.
I'm having to learn to pay the priceThis.
Sure the video plays a big part, but it wouldn't be quite the same without the song.
Isn't realist just a word a cynic calls himself?Actually, most of The Eye of Every Storm is moving to tears.
Moerin, that is a unbelievable song. Wow. I like Meat Loaf much more now...
I have no idea why, but Heroes of Our Time by Dragon Force makes me tear up when listening to it. I honestly don't get it, either, since it has borderline Word Salad Lyrics.
In that "alienated/depressed/confused" kind of way.
Please don't tell me I'm the only one who crys at this.
it just captures perfectly the feeling of hopelessness.
Like the feeling in the house I'm in with my family right now.
It just captures everything wrong about my family....

"Virtute the Cat Explains Her Departure" by the Weakerthans.
The entire Death of Audrey sequence in Little Shop of Horrors.
I'm feeling strangely happy now, contented and serene. Oh don't you see, finally I'll be, somewhere that's green...
